Située dans le quartier de Kisla à Kalkan, la Villa Keros est une luxueuse villa privée indépendante, avec 3 chambres en suite (2 chambres avec un lit double dans chacune et 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples). Toutes les chambres ont vue sur la mer et la climatisation.
Il possède une piscine à débordement privée et dispose du WIFI gratuit et du satellite T. V. avec des chaînes britanniques et internationales. Un barbecue à gaz est également disponible.

La villa offre une vue magnifique sur la baie de Kalkan et à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la mer au Kalkan Park Beach Club, qui dispose d'une entrée gratuite, de chaises longues gratuites, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un bar et d'un restaurant. Un bateau-taxi peut être pris de là dans le port de Kalkan. Les sports nautiques sont disponibles au club de plage.

Le célèbre Mahal Beach Club est à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
Un certain nombre d'autres restaurants et bars et une petite épicerie sont tous à moins de 5 minutes à pied.

Le rez-de-chaussée de la villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une table à manger et des chaises pour 6 personnes, un salon climatisé avec des sièges pour 6 personnes et des toilettes en bas.

Les portes-fenêtres mènent de là vers la piscine orientée sud et la terrasse ensoleillée. Ici, il y a 6 chaises longues et 2 parasols autour de la piscine à débordement privée. Les vues sur la baie de Kalkan sont magnifiques. - Les serviettes de piscine sont fournies.
Une table et 6 chaises sont disponibles pour les repas en plein air et un barbecue à gaz est également disponible.
Étant une piscine à débordement, elle n'a pas de garde-corps sur les côtés ouverts, elle peut donc ne pas convenir aux jeunes enfants et aux bébés. La piscine est d'environ 2 mètres de profondeur tout autour et mesure 6m x 5m à ses points les plus larges.

Toutes les chambres sont à l'étage et disposent de leur propre salle de bains et d'un balcon ou d'une terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur la baie de Kalkan. Un sèche-cheveux est fourni dans les chambres doubles.

Au dernier étage est une terrasse sur le toit avec des canapés en rotin confortables pour profiter d'un verre relaxant tout en regardant le soleil se coucher et profiter de la vue sur la baie de Kalkan. Pour plus de commodité, le palier de la terrasse sur le toit dispose d'un réfrigérateur de type "mini bar" pour stocker des boissons fraîches. La machine à laver se trouve également ici.

La ville de Kalkan est à environ 30 minutes à pied et des taxis, dont des 6 places et même un bateau-taxi, sont disponibles à des prix raisonnables. Un garage est disponible pour les clients avec une voiture.

Enjoyed 12 marvellous days at the villa in Sep 2026. Villa was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The views over the bay are fantastic and it is just a very short walk to the beach and sea , and a small supermarket is just up the hill where you will find some essentials for your stay. Villa is very comfortable and well equipped and communication with the off site host is excellent. Local support is also available for any issues arising , but would not anticipate any. A great time had by all. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

This is a lovely villa in a gorgeous location.It’s 5 mins walk to the beech where the water taxi to the town goes from. If not it’s a 5 taxi ride. The pool man, Ekrem, comes every day and will bring fresh bread and water if asked.I would recommend this villa and will be going myself again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Keros. The Villa was immaculate and in an amazing location with spectacular views. Colin was great throughout the booking process and advice before the trip. David and the management team were amazing and helpful in giving great advice on the best tours and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend Villa Keros.

A beautiful place to stay!

Villa Keros is situated in Kisla, a quiet suburb of Kalkan. The villa is well-equipped, both inside and out, and is positioned to take advantage of the sun all day, with stunning sunsets. Whist at the villa, we spent most time outside, to take advantage of the fantastic views and the beautiful infinity pool. A great place for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely property with excellent views. The property is spacious and well furnished. Wifi coverage needs extending to cover bedrooms and upper sun terrace and the dogs barking in the neighbourhood at night was excessive.

Amazing Villa

We stayed for two weeks at Villa Keros. Everything was amazing, from the communication from the host and property manager, to the location and facilities of the villa. It is perfectly aligned to watch the sunset and get the best of the days sun. There were some days when we didn't even leave the villa we felt so comfortable and happy there.The Aircon in ll of the rooms was a Godsend and the town of Kalkan with all of its restaurants and bars was a short taxi ride away. Highly recommended!! Thank youwecomfortable.

Villa Keros review.

We stayed in Villa Keros for 3 weeks. A lovely property in a very nice and clean condition. Outside pool and pool area super clean (pool man came every day ensuring that the pool and outdoor areas were tip top). Really lovely sun loungers, nice frames with very comfortable padding (The best we have ever experienced), all in super condition alongside quality sun umbrellas. Brilliant top deck sun area. Internal Villa areas were in nice condition, lovely lounge with digital tv (enabled us to watch our favourite Netflix and Amazon prime in the evening), well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Creating an overall feeling of space. Minor personal comment, not a great fan of Kisla, we didn't use the Beach clubs although appreciate others would relish the close proximity. We use Ozgur for the booking of taxi's and Define Tours for car hire at a cost of £280 per week with drop off and pick up from the Villa. We ate in 11 days and ate out 11 days. Enjoying wonderful fish BBQ's beside the pool in the late afternoon's. Some recommended restaurants - Sade (best steak in Kalkan, excellent service and wonderful Hennesy XO Brandy :-), Sea and Blue (roof top), Solonica (on the street), La Fidanka (beautiful), Ada's (small and very authentic near Kaputas), Merkez (B/fast) Overall, a great experience staying in Villa Keros as was communication with Colin and Caroline. Lovely villa in what we consider the 'best' part of Kalkan . Away from the bustle of the town but only 5 minutes and a 5 cab ride away. Villa was clean and well equipped, all the admin and Comms was excellent , both the owner and, the local manager kept in touch from booking to leaving on the last day. There was one small issue with the pool on one day which was sorted straight away

Beautiful villa with stunning view

Villa Keros is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. It is about half hour walk (up hill) into Kalkan, however taxi's are readily available and it takes literally 4 minutes to get into town at a cost of 25 lira ( less than £4) and most taxi's take 6 people which is perfect for the size of the villa. Caroline and Colin recommended Ayhan, an English speaking driver, who was fantastic throughout our whole stay and if he couldn't collect us then he would send another driver - all done through WhatsApp! The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay with a well equipped kitchen and a large fridge freezer. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for six and a TV/DVD (not that we used these) The two main bedrooms and really big and share a small balcony, the last bedroom on the top floor has a slopping ceiling so you need to watch your head, saying that it was perfectly fine for my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend to stay in :) All bedrooms have en suite. The top floor also had the roof terrace, with sofa and umbrella. Finally the pool area - it was just perfect. We spent most of our time out here. The views was just amazing as were the sunsets. The pool is the perfect size to bob around in to cool down and watch the world go by! There are six comfortable sunbeds plus umbrellas and a dining table and chairs. We had a couple of evenings in the villa so this is where we ate - taking in the amazing views. This was our first time to Kalkan so were unsure where to stay. We all agreed that the location was perfect for us and we will return to the Villa at some point in the future. Caroline and Colin were so helpful from start to finish. Always answering emails promptly and being a wealth of information - thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Beautiful Villa "Keros"

Perfect villa with fantastic views from every area, as good as it looks on the website if not better! Kalkan is a beautiful and very friendly place, with plenty of inexpensive taxis if you don't fancy the walk into town.

Great Villa With Superb Views

We would thoroughly recommend Villa Keros. Everything was as described in the advert & the owners were very helpful throughout the booking process. The villa was well equipped & very clean. The pool & terrace area was cleaned daily & the inside of the villa was cleaned twice per week, with linen & towels being changed as part of those cleans. The views over Kalkan Bay from all areas were stunning. There were 2 beach clubs & 4 or 5 restaurants were than 5 minutes walk from the villa. Taxis were readily available & not expensive. The owners recommended an English speaking driver, with a 6 seater taxi, which was a great help when we didn't want to walk into town. The water taxi was a novel way of getting into Kalkan harbour. We will definitely return to Villa Keros.

Wonderful villa and fantastic location

We have just come back from a wonderful 2 weeks at Keros Villa and had a fantastic holiday. The villa is in a fantastic location very close to the sea (yes it really is 2 minutes to Kalkan Beach Park), with fantastic views from the spacious terrace and pool. We went as a family of 5 and found the villa to be clean, comfortable and more than spacious enough for us all. The booking process with the owners was easy and I was able to contact Carolyn and Colin at any time with a swift response. We were very impressed and grateful for their efforts to book our transfers to and from the airport and Omar was always on hand for good advice. We took the initial food package (£20) which was great as our arrival time was very late. There are plenty of supermarkets close by and we tended to take the ferry taxi from the beach park into Kalkan (5 TL each) and get a taxi back (around 17TL) after some food and shopping in Kalkan. Kalkan itself is a lovely old town with lots to see and do. The beach park is a great place to spend the day and swimming and snorkeling (definitely take a set) with the turtles that regularly came round the swimming area was a real treat. The food is fairly expensive down there compared to town, but only to be expected with all the free facilities. We hired a car for a week and I would recommend a trip to Saklikent Gorge and Patara Beach which are both within easy reach. Driving in this area of Turkey is relatively easy. I would recommend the villa to any family; we all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book it again.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely villa in a great location with beautiful sea views. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time around the pool area, sun loungers were very comfortable. Nice walk in to kalkan for evening meals... Plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in Villa Keross
