Villa Gabriella is a charming property with swimming pool located on top of the gentle cliffs of Massa Lubrense, overlooking the picturesque fishing port of Marina della Lobra. A breathtaking beauty of its crystal clear coast, the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento and further afield, Ischia, Procida and Mount Vesuvius. All rooms feature sea views, with spacious terraces and a garden overlooking the Gulf. A perfect location to explore the coast from Pompei to Positano and Amalfi, and the island of Capri.

Villa Gabriella is located on the side of the Annunziata promontory of Massa Lubrense, where Napoleon's general Joachim Murat led the victorious battle of Capri (1808), the property has traded its military importance for what are now among the most romantic views of the Gulf and the most incredible sunsets between the islands of Ischia and Procida.

The property is located in a consortium of 5 villas on 4 terraced levels, which is accessed by a private gated entrance with parking for two cars. The structure can accommodate on the top three levels, consisting of two independent apartments and a very large garden with olive and lemon trees, shaded by a majestic Mediterranean pine and a swimming pool for exclusive use.
Going down the stairs from the gate to the first of the two floors, you will find yourself in front of the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples, from Ischia to Vesuvius and overlooking the fishing port of Marina della Lobra.

Both floors are bright and breezy apartments consisting of a living room, two bedrooms (with air conditioning), 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen and large terrace facing west towards the sea. Ideal for two families who wish to spend time together while maintaining their privacy when needed. The top floor also offers a study room that opens onto a sunny terrace with an outdoor shower.

The decoration on both floors is modern and refined, decorated with the typical hand-painted tiles of Vietri to maintain the genuine atmosphere and appearance of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

The large terraces on each floor are protected from the sun by the typical thatched pergolas of the Amalfi Coast that double as separations from the adjacent houses. The garden, located on the lower level, will be the perfect setting for those who prefer to sunbathe all day, while still providing some well-deserved shade.

The property's four bedrooms are air-conditioned with dehumidifier features, which are the most effective at bringing the perfect indoor temperatures.

The kitchens on each floor are equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and blender.

The living rooms are equipped with TVs, perfect for your Netflix binge watching.

Towels and sheets are provided, and extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay.

THE FINAL CLEANING FEE IS €140 TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-OUT.

PRIVATE PARKING FOR 2 CARS IS FREE.

Domestic water consumption is included.

The swimming pool is available from May to the end of October.


SECURITY DEPOSIT: 400€ REQUIRED IN CASH AT CHECK-IN. IT WILL BE RETURNED AT CHECK-OUT minus the city's mandatory city tax, extras requested AND subject to any repairs of damages.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION is included in the rental price up to A MAXIMUM OF 50 kWh ; for each kWh above 50, you will be charged €0.50 euros per kWh , gas for heating charged 6€ per m3 used, total due to be deducted from the security deposit or paid in cash at check-out if higher. A meter reading will be taken together at check-in and check-out.

AN EXTRA WEEKLY CLEANING IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST -FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS at a cost of 15€ per hour.

TOURIST TAX: € 3.00 per GUEST / per NIGHT ONLY for the first 5 NIGHTS.
(It is FREE for children under 18 and over 75 years old); We will deduct it from the security deposit.

Please have ID available at check-in for each guest (unless you have emailed it first) as we are required to register you with the local authorities within 24 hours of your arrival under penalty of law.

As the property is on three levels, with stairs and a natural garden, it is NOT CHILD PROOF and no representation is made in this regard. If guests want to bring small children, it is at their own risk and responsibility.
