Set on a 500 sqm plot with 200 sqm of living space, Villa Fos is a two-story villa with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing a peaceful haven with spectacular views of the Cretan Sea and surrounding landscapes. The villas location ensures complete tranquility while being just a short drive from the Apokoronas regions pristine beaches and Chanias vibrant town.
Indoor Facilities
The interior of Villa Fos seamlessly combines comfort with contemporary design. The ground level features a spacious living area where you can unwind on the plush sofa while enjoying the view of the private pool and the glistening sea beyond. The room also offers a 43 Smart TV with satellite channels for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals with high-end appliances, and the dining area accommodates up to 4 guests for an intimate meal.
There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms on the ground level. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, provides a relaxing space with air conditioning and easy access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom is also fitted with a queen-size bed and offers the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and direct pool access. In addition, a communal bathroom with a shower is available on this level for extra convenience.
The villa also features a loft area with an open-plan bedroom, where guests can enjoy the flexibility of twin beds and a cozy sofa that can be converted into two additional single beds upon request (for an extra charge). This level includes a bathroom with a bathtub, providing a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploration.
Outdoor Facilities
Step outside and be welcomed by a private oasis. The villas outdoor area is a true highlight, with a large swimming pool (45 sqm) offering a refreshing spot to cool off while enjoying the panoramic views of the sea. For families with young children, the 2 sqm kids pool (with a depth of just 0.40m) is the perfect safe area to splash around.
The spacious terrace is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, ensuring plenty of opportunities for relaxation under the Cretan sun. After a dip in the pool, refresh yourself with the outdoor shower, conveniently located near the pool area. For those who love alfresco dining, the villa offers a charcoal BBQ and a dining table set for all guests, ideal for evening gatherings or casual meals. The villa also features a parking space for your convenience.
Villa Fos is part of the Olympia Villas Complex, which includes three villas: Villa Anthos (1 bedroom, 2 guests), Villa Alya (4 bedrooms, 9 guests), and Villa Fos (3 bedrooms, 8 guests). For larger groups, multiple villas can be booked together for a seamless stay.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night from April to October and 0,5EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
