On the lower level, you'll find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, leading out to a balcony with a south-facing position. There is also a room without a wardrobe, equipped with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules (extra), raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.
