Dubrovnik Dream View Apartment features self-catering accommodation located just 270 m from the Old Town. Unit is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and cable TV. The space
The Overlooking the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea, this two-bedroom apartment features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as fully equipped kitchen which contains refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher, water kettle, and coffee machine. There is also a living room with sofa bed, terrace with seating area, and private bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine, ironing facilities, and a hair-dryer are at guests' disposal.

Guest access
Located just outside the Old town, Dubrovnik Dream View Apartment offers easy access to numerous sights to visit. Guests can visit City Walls, Stradun promenade, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. We recommend visiting Cable car that is 250 m away from the accommodation. Famous Banje beach is 450 m from the accommodation. It offers stunning views over Dubrovnik and surrounding islands. The island of Lokrum is another must see, with beautiful gardens and beaches. Frequent boat lines go from the Old Town port.

Other things to note
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES:

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...).
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM).
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
