Le Neptune is a stunning apartment featuring two spacious balconies, one with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Situated in the exclusive Carré d’Or area of Nice, just steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the iconic Hotel Negresco, this residence offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience with its unbeatable location near restaurants, shops, and the beach.

The apartment has a bright and spacious layout, including a large living/dining area seamlessly connected to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The dining table comfortably seats up to eight people. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180cm), there is a bathroom and WC plus a separate bathroom and an additional guest toilet add to the convenience.

Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is ideal for both short and long stays.

The apartment is close to everything you could need – the beach, shops, cafés, cinemas, public transport, the train station, and the airport (just 15 minutes away). Here, you’ll enjoy a central location with the tranquility of a peaceful environment.

We stayed just short of two months. Great location close to all shopping, train station, street car, and half block from the beach. The apartment was very clean, a good kitchen to cook our meals, good shower, washing machine excellent. Our host was always very quick to help. All in all a great stay. We hope to return.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Four of us were traveling together and really enjoyed how close it is to the beach, promenade, bus stops, train station and restaurants....our host was available if needed but things were in place for us. We highly recommend.
The promenade is across the street from the apartment!

Fantastic Nice Property

My family loved our stay here! Viveka was so helpful and friendly getting us set up in the place. Gorgeous balcony views, spacious accommodations, extremely clean. A short walk from the sea and Le Temps d'un Ete (one of the best beach spots along the coast) and only 10-15 minute walk from the old town. We'll definitely be coming back!

5 stars. Great location, super close to a convenient market and some nice local spots. The neighborhood did not feel as touristy as other parts of the city so we feel like we got a glimpse of normal life in Paris. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, he even gave us a great coffee shop recommendation. The apartment itself was easy to access and had everything we needed, plus a cute little balcony for morning pastries. No complaints.

Wonderful Renovated Apartment in perfect Location

Overall probably our best stay yet. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in the perfect location about 100m from the public access beach. The unit had everything we needed except a couple of odd things. Not a big deal but make sure to bring toilet paper with you as the host only supplied enough to last a day or so and refused to bring more. Had to make a special trip to go find some shortly after arrival, so rather annnoying. Also, the bedding was odd as single bedding for a King sized bed. Beyond that, everything was great and the check in went smoothly too. I’d highly recommend this unit.

We provide with toilet paper for our guests to start with, after that it's up to each guest to provide themselves as you rent on a self providing basis. As for the bedding this apartment is provided with single duvets by the owner, as that's what they prefer, so we make the beds accordingly with single duvet covers. During hot months as during the summer we don't put in the duvets but should you want to have the duvet it's there to put in. Not odd at all if you give it a thought.

We were very disappointed to find out that the apartment was not fully as described. We were told the sofa made into a bed, but it did not. We needed 3 beds, but only got 2. One person had to sleep on the couch for a week. The manager was very apologetic because she assumed it was a pull out. When asked for compensation, she told us, no, and that the people can share. The whole point of making sure there was a pull out couch was because it was inappropriate for the people to share beds. Very disappointing. Other than that, Viveka was very kind and responsive. Location was great.

A major misunderstanding to say the least, which we have now resolved by only renting out the apartment with 4 beds, i.e. two double beds in each bedroom and no sofa bed.

Das Apartment war wie auf dem Inserat abgebildet. Sehr sauber, alles Notwendige in der Küche vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen sehr ruhig, überhaupt ist die Wohnung gut schallisoliert. Von einem Balkon ist aus ist das Meer zu sehen. Direkt auf dem Balkon kann es etwas lauter zugehen, da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße von der Promenade liegt. Das ist sozusagen ein kleiner Preis, den man zu zahlen hat für die hervorragende Lage nahe der Promenade des Anglais, die nun mal busy ist. Am Strand ist man in 5 Minuten! Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants alle um die Ecke. Vom Flughafen kann man die Tram bis Alsace/Lorraine nehmen und hat dann noch einen 10 minütigen Fußweg durch nette Straßen. Die Kommunikation mit Viveka war hervorragend. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
