You are literally located in the Beating Heart of the old Town of Chania but at the same time in a private residential neighborhood. No need to worry about the noise and commotion of the old town nevertheless you are seconds of walking distance to all the points of interest of the city, its cobblestone narrow alleys and romantic cafes from where you can gaze at the sunset behind the iconic Venetian lighthouse, pride, and symbol of the city of Chania...

The house consists of two floors, has four (4) fully equipped bedrooms, can more than comfortably sleep 8 persons. 3 fully equipped bathrooms are located for your convenience in both floors! All rooms are air-conditioned, wifi is available, towels/linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and...last but not least, we boast of an amazing courtyard with outdoor furniture and sofas where you can enjoy a cold beer under the thick shade of our lemon trees!

• Bedrooms
4 amazing bedrooms are all located on the top floor of our home. Master bedroom is a huge room with a queen size bed and a beautiful clutter free decoration. Ensuite bathroom available. A relaxing room for perfect sleep after a tiring day out and around the old town and the numerous beaches of Chania!

The second bedroom consists of a double bed, a roof fan, a vanity table/desk, and closets, the Third bedroom has two large single beds, vanity tables, access to the balcony. Single beds can be combined to a large queen size bed. Fourth bedrooms have a queen size bed and vanity tables. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are constantly bathed by plenty of sunlight.

Also, home is located in a residential neighborhood and although we are located in the heart of the old town, our area and the large patio and courtyard more than guarantee a very quiet Mediterranean environment. No noises, no trouble, no fuss. Just perfect sleep in a peaceful and quiet location!

• Bathrooms
Three (3) fully equipped bathrooms are found in our home. On the ground floor, next to the living room you will find a shower/WC bathroom with the washer which is there for you to use according to your needs, free of charge. On the bedroom floor, there is another large shower/WC bathroom and a third ensuite to the master bedroom bathroom. All essentials and toiletries are provided for our guests!

Even though our home is a marvelous place where everything is taken care of for you, our courtyard is the true gem of our place! Lemon and orange trees provide plenty of shade throughout the day, outdoors dining table, barbecue facilities, outdoor sofas and sun loungers, sun umbrellas and fenced (safe for kids) yard all located in the heart of the old town.

It is not an exageration to claim that this is a rare luxury for a townhouse of Chania city! We are pretty sure that this is the place where you will spend most of your time relaxing day and night listening to the song of the cicadas, having your dinners and chating with your friends or just simply enjoying a glass of wine with your favourite book!

- Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
