The lounge and dining area for 6 guests is the perfect spot where residents can enjoy optimal habitation and a dazzling view from the sea, the town of Chania Town and the White Mountains.


Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 - 26?C depending on weather conditions. We request three or four days advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


Fireplace Policy
The gas fireplace is available for guest use only from November until the end of March.


Parking area
Kindly note that due to the steep slope at the entrance of the underground parking area, the space is suitable for higher-clearance vehicles such as SUVs.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night from April to October and 2EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
