The Tramontana studio apartment is a lovely 2 / 3 bed vacation home for rent for vacations in San Foca, on the Salento Sea.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, barbecue and outdoor shower.

The studio vacation home is located along a private road in a residential area. It is part of the complex Il silenzio del mare.
The solution is independent, in a spacious, well-kept garden, partly paved and equipped with a relaxation corner, sun loungers on the lawn.
Around the apartment, a nice pergola furnished with table and chairs allows outdoor dining. Also present are solarium area for relaxation, barbecue for preparing tasty outdoor grills, and outdoor shower.
The interior of Mono Tramontana is composed as follows: a single room in which there is 1 double bed, 1 folding bed and 1 full shower room. The kitchenette is located in the exclusive outdoor pergola.

Il Silenzio del mare is located in San Foca about 1 km from the sea. Just 800 meters away are all the main services.
San Foca is one of Melendugno`s liveliest marinas, award-winning for its accessible beaches, services, crystal clear sea and clean sand.
From San Foca you can easily reach other popular destinations for beach vacations in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso, Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.


-  After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden, hot tub and parking.
