Ensuite with an enclosed shower with oversized 'rain shower' head, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.
Double/twin room with zip and link beds (can be twin singles or one king size), contemporary built in storage and skylight.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.

Outside:
Parking for one vehicle.
To the rear of the property is a communal garden for children's supervised playing.
In front of the property is a gated communal courtyard area with picnic bench.
Communal surf shower and laundry room which has coin operated washer and dryer.

Two well-behaved medium sized dogs welcome (additional charge applies). Mawgan Porth beach is dog-friendly all year round.
