This cozy and light-filled 45 m² villa in Sérignan offers a peaceful retreat just 450 meters from the sandy beach. With 1 bedroom and space for up to 4 guests, it’s perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing stay near the sea. Located in a quiet, family-friendly zone, it’s also close to restaurants and supermarkets for added convenience.

The villa features a private garden, terrace, and outdoor furniture—ideal for enjoying sunny afternoons or evening meals. Guests benefit from electric heating, air conditioning, and a fan, along with access to a communal heated swimming pool. Entertainment is provided with a TV, and open-air parking is available on-site.

Inside, the open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential utensils. Whether you're preparing a beach picnic or a cozy dinner, this villa offers everything needed for a comfortable and carefree holiday.
