A super, 2 bedrooms 9th floor apartment in Block A of the Edificio Skol, with a terrace that gives an amazing view from the Marbella´s port. This lovely apartment is east facing with a great sea and park views. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.
There is a bright lounge / dining room with doors to the main terrace, fitted kitchen with serving hatch. 2 Bedrooms upstairs. The second bedroom with twin beds and the master one with marvellous seaviews upon big windows with twin beds. Plenty of wardrobe space and a completely bathroom upstairs with shower. The shower has a small step to go into it.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.
🏊♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price.

Furthermore, Marbella has an extraordinary selection of beachfront properties along the seafront.
Stretching from the eastern fringe of Marbella town to Puerto Banús, this stylish walk—known as the Paseo Marítimo—offers the chance to take exercise in an elegant setting. Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella alone—indeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbella’s for style and elegance—but now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
