Surrounded by a century-old park with majestic trees, the villa offers spacious green areas ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature. An elegant avenue leads to the main entrance, where a large car park welcomes guests.



GROUND FLOOR

The main entrance opens onto a large and bright atrium, and the villa is arranged in two wings from the entrance and on two floors.

To the right, we find a large living room with a bow window overlooking the garden. The living room is furnished with elegant furniture, a large white leather sofa facing a large television and another living area for conversation. The living room also features an elegant, purely ornamental fireplace.

Next to the living room is the winter sitting room, perfect for afternoon tea, with direct access to an external patio, where we have a large table that can accommodate all guests for outdoor dining.

We then find the internal dining room with a large table with white armchairs and windows overlooking the garden.

The kitchen, spacious and modern, is fully equipped with high-end appliances and features a central island, ideal for preparing meals for a large group. Communicating with the kitchen, we have a room dedicated to the breakfast area, convenient and functional.

On the left side of the entrance, the ground floor hosts an elegant study, perfect for those seeking a quiet environment for work or reading, and a library. The floor is completed by a service bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room.

A final wing of the villa, separate from the guest area, is used by the Owner as an office area and is not available to guests.



FIRST FLOOR

A majestic staircase leads from the entrance to the upper floor, where 6 bedrooms are located.

Climbing the stairs, the first area on the right consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, which can be joined or separated, both overlooking the garden. The two rooms share a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath.

We then enter the sitting room that leads to the Master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. The balcony and large windows of the Master bedroom overlook the park and offer a wide view of the city of Vicenza.

Continuing down the corridor leading to the other rooms, we find a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and a room with two beds that can be used together as a double bed or separately with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Another room with two beds that can be joined or separated with an en-suite bathroom with a bath completes the floor and allows us to accommodate 12 people.

The rooms are spacious and extremely bright, and each room is equipped with large windows that allow enjoying the view of the surrounding greenery or the city of Vicenza.

The entire Villa is air-conditioned.



The vast garden surrounding the villa is an invitation to relaxation and fun. The swimming pool, with its equipped solarium area, offers an oasis of freshness on summer days.

A Pavilion by the pool is perfect for outdoor lunches or moments of relaxation sheltered from the sun.

For sports enthusiasts, a private tennis court nestled in the greenery is available to guests.
