7 person holiday home in Jerup-By Traum

Holiday home from 2023 located in a quiet holiday home area in the popular Bratten. The house is modern in style with plenty of space and bright rooms. The large windows provide good light and a view of the trees on the natural grounds. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are combined into one long room, and the well-equipped kitchen provides a good overview of what the rest of the family is doing. The summer house has three bedrooms with good beds, divided into two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a bunk bed above for one person. There are also two bathrooms. The living room has several windows, and on warm days you can open them up to the terrace. There is also a Bluetooth speaker in the house. You can enjoy breakfast with the sunrise to the east, barbecue in the evening sun on the west-facing terrace, and observe the fascinating wildlife on the property. The terraces around the house offer plenty of shelter, shade, and the opportunity to move with the sun. In the summer, you can also enjoy a lovely outdoor shower in the garden to the sound of birds singing. The cottage is located in the popular cottage area of Bratten between Frederikshavn and Ålbæk on the east coast of North Jutland, less than 1 km from one of Denmark's most beautiful, unspoiled, and child-friendly white sandy beaches. There is a 100-meter-long disabled-friendly bathing jetty with tables and benches, stairs to/from the water, a kayak area, and an attached floating pontoon. Access to the bathing jetty is also available for wheelchair users. There is also a large playground with trampolines, swings, soccer goals, and a handicap swing. There are also toilet facilities here. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
