Ideally Located

This neighborhood takes its name from the Place de Ternes, a public square in the 8th and 17th arrondissements of Paris. The location is ideal: Ternes is centrally located, but not mobbed with tourists even though the Palais des Congrès convention center and the Arc d'Triomphe are both an easy walk from the heart of the neighborhood. The area is upscale and home to some excellent restaurants and trendy watering holes like L'Ecluse, a wine bar on the Rue d'Armaillé. Nearby, Rue Poncelet is home to several lively markets, not to mention bakeries and cafes. On the weekend, head to the Bois de Boulogne for some sunbathing or a stroll through the lovely Jardin Shakespeare. Ternes is served by Line 2 of the Paris Métro as well as several bus lines.

We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of €4000 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
