It is well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The closest metro station is `Lavapiés` (2 minutes walking distance ).
This loft is an excellent base for exploring Madrid while having a stylish and cozy place to relax at the end of the day.

The accommodation is a first-floor apartment with direct access from the street. Due to the property’s central location, some exterior noise may be heard during your stay.

It is distributed across two levels, connected by a metal spiral staircase. Please note that the staircase is steep and does not have a handrail, so we recommend using it with caution.

The property has decibel detector.

Distribution of places:
1. Room with double bed.
2. Double bed on the first floor.
2. Sofa bed.

The total area of the property is 86m2

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- One cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Two rolls of toilet paper
- One roll of kitchen paper
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
