Scott is a great host!! I am a returning guest and already booked next years,The balcony is very spacious with table, chairs and rockers. The kitchen is well furnished, if you choose to cook, The condo allows for everyone to have plenty of room.The decor is beachy and the view is amazing.I am very impressed with Scott’s quick response.The ease of booking with Scott is amazing.

Again we had a fantastic stay with Scott and the Shalimar. The unit is right on the beach and we ate all our meals on the balcony watching the ocean. The unit is nice and clean and well appointed with a kitchen that works for a family. The location is close to so much that you can quickly go shopping, get groceries, or do so much else. We can certainly see ourselves coming back for a sixth visit to Scott’s units. Scott allows dogs for a fee so you can bring the whole family.Scott is an amazing host, he is quick to reply to messages and solves anything that might come up. We would give him a sixth star if we could!Dave and Yvonne

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The balcony was large and had several chairs including rocking chairs and a table available. We were so glad to find this pet friendly condo as our yellow labrador loved the trip as well! The host Scott was excellent!

The only issue we seemed to have had was with the swimming pool. The kids took over pool and relaxing wasn’t an option. I wish there was adult time fornpool

I'll let this one speak for itself. If you stay in my unit, please base your ratings for it on what I have control over. VRBO is now using ratings to determine visibility for owners so it's really important to get good ratings.

Scott, the condo was very clean and loved sitting out on the balcony. My only complaint was I wish the master shower had grab bars and a seat, and ceiling fans in the rooms. Otherwise we had a wonderful time...You are a perfect host...

Scott is very responsive and the view is awesome ! Cherry Grove is perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating. So difficult to find Oceanview with a dog so Scott's condo was perfect for us. The building is quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Washer/Dryer in the condo were so convenient and the beach was so quiet it usually felt like it was just ours. Great month. Would definitely return !
