Watch the dolphins and pelicans go by from your private deck as you enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon cocktail. There is not a property anywhere in Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach that can compare to on deck morning sunrise views and the views from the ocean-front pool and 2nd floor deck. NOTE: ONLY CHILDREN AGE 10 & OVER ALLOWED >> Our offseason (September 1st through April 30th) minimum stay is 3-nights. In season (May 1 to August 31st) a Sat.-Sat. weekly stay is required. >> ..A signed short-term lease is always required by the owner. << NOT wheelchair accessible. Pool open May 1 through October 1

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The view is amazing, the beds are really comfortable, as is the entire 2 bedroom condo. We walked the beach and inlet every day and caught 3 great sunrises. Check-in was easy, my husband and I both appreciated James providing all information needed in advance of our arrival. Can't wait to return to NMB and stay here again!

We haven’t been to the beach in a few years but were familiar with the area. The coast in this area is beautiful. It’s a quiet family beach. The condo was nicely appointed with many thoughtful details. The host was very accommodating.

Perfect! Awesome beach and ocean view throughout the condo. Loved staying on the end of Cherry Grove Beach where the beach is huge and wraps around to the canal. Very peaceful setting with massive sunset views.Everything we needed was provided.Hosts were very kind and helpful.Would recommend to couples or a family wanting a more natural setting without the commercialization, but also within a short drive to a grocery store or restaurants.Carol and Ed

We loved the view from the deck, and spent a lot of time there looking at the beach and ocean. The living spaces are comfortable and clean. Overall, a great home away from home!

Only negative was construction going on to the building. Other than that it is such a nice place and it is the best spot in the Myrtle Beach area.

My husband and I along with our 2 teenagers enjoyed a great week at this property. The unit was exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful Place

James the owner is an excellent host, he met us and showed us around and where everything is. The kitchen is well stocked it is very clean and the location is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and we have to mention the Pelicans they fly low and then come up tight to the condo to catch the wind and zoom on by they were fun to watch. We will return

Absolutely beautiful!

This is a lovely place with a gorgeous view. The beach is wide and uncrowded. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. This is our 4th vacation at Ocean View Villas and this unit is the best yet! We definitely will return next year.

A Perfect Week

This condo was everything described and more! Jim met us at the property to show us everything at check in, and checked on us throughout the week. Super clean, updated, and lovely decor! Hands down the best bed I’ve slept in while on vacation. We are already planning our next trip to one of our favorite locations and will be staying again!
