About this property

Var - conditioned Villa with sea view, flower garden, beaches + village (400m) 3 bedrooms

Quiet and south facing an impasse on the heights of Lavandou (on the beach side of St. Clair), comfortable villa for 6 persons (3 bedrooms with 3 double beds) + possibility to tighten and to bed (s) baby (1 is available in the house). Ideal for couples or for families with children. Broadband WIFI available.

The most beautiful corner of the beach (Plage de Saint-Clair) is 500m walk (to return, ca up a bit!)And access to the village of Le Lavandou 400m (with shops, markets, greengrocers and fishmongers) is via a small dirt road away from cars.

The house, with a sleeping area and well separated living area is equipped with care:
- Air conditioning throughout the house for the summer season
- Open fireplace in the living room for cool evenings of spring or fall
- 2 dining tables, one inside (6 persons) and a teak on the terrace (6-8 people)
- Parking lot in front of house
- 2 modern shower, plus an outdoor shower (very nice when it's hot in the garden / on the terrace!). 3 toilets with a separate
- Possibility of an inflatable pool for small children (large inflatable pool 2. 0mx2 0m about.)
- Open kitchen, BBQ (Weber electric), Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.
- High speed WIFI, satellite TV, DVD, HIFI
- Teak furniture on the terrace (tables + chairs + sunbeds)

Excellent fish restaurants are located on the beach in St. Clair, with a wide selection ranging from quality beach bar in the middle upscale restaurant.

For cycling enthusiasts or jogging, cycling route along the coast pass 200m under the house.

Many other beaches, more or less isolated (one nudist), are shares and other Lavandou.

Boat trips to the Golden Islands (Porquerolles etc) daily from the port of Le Lavandou.

Golf and Tennis (clay) nearby.

A perfect place to combine all the amenities of this part of the Riviera while remaining quiet when you want it.

Possibility of almost no use his car if desired.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit der ganzen Gruppe in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Südfrankreich. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, super sauber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts – alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist vorhanden!Die Lage ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Das Meer ist nur ca. 400 m (Luftlinie) entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Absolut ruhig im Juni, der pittoreske Strand von St Clair und das Zentrum von Le Lavandou sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.Das geräumige Haus hat ein charmantes Wohnzimmer und eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer.

Haus im Grünen Wir hatten Im Juli einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Le Lavandou.Von dem Haus konnte man gut alles Wichtige, wie den Hauptstrand und St. Clair in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Da architektonisch nett geplante Haus ist typisch französisch mit vielen Details, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Platz und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man gut darin kochen kann. . Die Klimaanlage kühlt die Räume gut, auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen. Man sollte beachten, dass die Einfahrt nur zum Parken für nicht für tiefergelegte Autos geeignet ist, da sie sehr steil ist und die Aussicht voranging einen Blick in den schönen grünen Garten bietet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist im Hintergrund und die Pflanzen sind inzwischen um einiges gewachsen. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage und ist von Außen nicht einsehbar.

Maison sympathique

Maison agréable et adaptée aux bébés, la personne qui nous a reçu était très sympa et arrangeante. Je la recommande beaucoup. Les plus: l’équipement, la vue/ cadre la Clim, la localisation, les 2 sdb, accueil professionnel et aimable. Les moins: la wifi est fatiguée, il y a beaucoup de montée pour accéder à la maison donc pas pratique si vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture et que vous êtes en poussette.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Das Haus war auch sauber, insbesondere Böden, Küche und Bäder. Aber die Schlafzimmer (Bettzeug und vor allem die Matratzen) waren eine Zumutung, weil die Betten nicht sauber waren. Auf den Matratzen war nicht nur ein gelblicher Fleck, wahrscheinlich Urinflecken. Was sonst noch von Bedeutung ist: Um das Haus herum gibt es aufgrund von dessen Grünanlage unglaublich viele Stechmücken (viele Tigermücken). Es ist (auch tagsüber) immer notwendig, sich mit Antimückenmitteln einzureiben, sonst ist man im Nu komplett zerstochen. Alles in allem werden wir das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen. Der Preis ist nicht gerade gering und vor allem die Matratzen haben uns sehr abgeschreckt. Klaus Krebs, Weil am Rhein

Le descriptif correspond exactement à la réalité, le petit bémol réside dans les deux fortes montées pour le retour du centre ville et de la plage Saint Clair

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren Mitte Juni im Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr groß und es ist alles da was man braucht (und noch mehr). Zum Strand von St. Clair ist es nicht weit. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist absolut zuvorkommend und sehr gut erreichbar. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Vielen Dank!

Villa bien située à 10 mn à pied de 2 plages

Excellent séjour. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisé notre véhicule. Maison très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et avec un extérieur très agréable quand le temps est de la partie.

Bel endroit hors-saison, multiples découvertes possibles à pied.

Belle maison, bien située et équipée, très propre. Cela aurait été parfait sans les travaux de construction des voisins d'en face et d'à côté; mais c'était juste "pas de chance". Alors nous reviendrons car l'endroit en vaut la peine. Merci au sympathique propriétaire.
