Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The property description and accompanying pictures were completely misleading anddeceptive. The description never mentioned that the property is spread across three floors,accessed by extremely narrow, winding stairs that made it impossible for my wife to navigatethem because of her bad back. As a result, we didn’t even use the property for a single minuteand had to book two rooms in a nearby hotel. I strongly advise Vrbo to thoroughly review theproperties they list on their site to prevent similar unpleasant surprises and financial losses.
