The host is great! She always responds to messages promptly. The property is close to the bay, pools, and bay beach. The ocean beach is about 3 blocks away. The kids loved fishing and crabbing on the pier which is very close to the property. And the fountains are a great treat for the kids.The kitchen is large and has everything you need. Plenty of games and puzzles for the kids and adults.Great property!

The house was perfect! The resort was peaceful, walking was great , young ones loved the pool and enjoyed the fountain.

Sunset island is a great place for a family vacation. And this property is also perfect for families. Plenty of stuff to keep the kids busy. The kitchen has everything you need. Bay side beach and pool is a short walk. And the ocean beach is nearby as well. We had a great time!

The place was immaculate. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Access to wagons and chairs for the beach or pool. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this townhouse on Sunset Island.

Amazing vacation

Absolutely perfect spot for a larger group! 11 of us went and felt like we had our own space and we're able to gather as well. So happy with everything!

Excellent property

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and beautiful. The neighborhood as fabulous and the location within sunset island was perfect. Parking can be tough if you are bringing three large SUVs but they will all fit. Would absolutely stay there again.

Another good time in Sunset Island!

We loved our 2nd stay at Kelley's place in the middle of Sunset Island. They have everything you need in rhe garage for beach/pool time to help you lessen your packing. Our family of 10 enjoyed being back in one of OCMD's hidden beautiful gems!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this Sunset Island TH. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being so near to the pool and restaurant.. Drinks at the bar were convenient and good! The only complaint we had was that there was low water pressure at the kitchen sink and the refrigerator. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic vacation

This is our first time staying at this house. 3rd year at sunset Island. We loved everything about the house. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean. It was perfect size for our family. 6 adults 5 kids. Every family had their own bathroom. AC worked great We will definitely be staying there again.

We always enjoy staying at Sunset Island. We feel like it is a very safe environment for our family & grandchildren. This year was our 6th stay at the island, and it was probably the best. Kelley's townhouse was impeccable. All of the flooring seemed to be new. The furniture and mattresses were also comfortable. All rooms had nice TVs. The kitchen has new appliances, granite counters, and is nicely equipped. We will definitely try to vacation there again.

Last minute family vacation

This property had everything that we wanted. Sunset Island was very family friendly. Private beach. Large community pool. Clubhouse restaurant. Corner convenience store. You really did not have to leave. Enjoyed our time!

Perfect House

This was our third stay in Sunset Island and this was our favorite. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the pool table. We would definitely stay there again. The only problem was the check in process. If the check in time is 4:00 why does the office close at 4:30?

Nice house, great location, check in fee

Stayed in this location a lot and houses are always great. Had some challenges checking in. Wasn’t aware of location, hours, or additional fee for checking in. Air conditioning for first and second floor blew out warm air. Last night it got hot and made that the only challenging night. Place has everything you need and owner was easy and quick to connect with. All in all a good stay

Hi Matt, The HVAC units are new and hadn't been turned over to AC yet. My cleaning company told me it wasn’t cooling so I called for service. It was fixed right away. I wish you had let me know so I could have taken care of it. Each new unit has had to be tweaked. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise. I hope you try us again. Take care, Kelley

Very nice for large family. Very clean and very well appointed! Disappointing that although house sleeps 12, only 6 passes are provided for pool. $70 charge for any additional needed. Understand thats how it is at most places, but still.
