It is just a few steps from the main square and only a few kilometers from the picturesque “Cala di Mitigliano” beach, while Sorrento can be reached in 20 minutes drive.
For these reasons it can be considered the ideal choice for travelers who wish to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tranquil area, far from the city chaos.

Villa del Saraceno is composed as follows:

On the ground level there is an apartment with 1 double bedroom, 1 single room, 1 bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The upper level can be reached through few steps and it offers a breathtaking sea view.
Here there are other two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and here can sleep up to 5 people, thanks to a comfortable sofa bed that is in the living room. Furthermore there is one bathroom beautifully furnished with majolica tiles and provided with a comfortable shower.
The apartment features wooden floors and it has all kind of modern comforts, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc.
From the balcony you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, of Li Galli islets and the surroundings.
The apartment has a bright and comfortable open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa for 3 people, an armchair and a flat-screen TV.
Outdoors there is a private courtyard ideal to enjoy relaxing moments in the shade of a large parasol, to have breakfast outdoors or sunbath on comfortable sunbeds.
Furthermore a grill is available for guests who wish to organize barbecue dinners with family and friends and finally there is also a swimming pool with salt water available.
Cars can be parked in the public parking of the main square, that is about 150/200 meters from the accommodation for a small daily fee.

Neighborhood and transportation
Termini is a fraction of Massalubrense, at the very tip of the Sorrento peninsula. In this part of the Sorrento peninsula there are some of the most beautiful beaches. Finally from this area you can reach Sorrento in about 20 minutes by car.
The car is recommended if you want to move, although there are buses that connect the village to the rest of the peninsula. Keep in mind that the property has parking space but access is through a short steep climb and a short dirt path. Alternatively, you can park in the nearby square for a small daily fee. The square is easily reachable directly from the property. Medium sized cars are suggested.
