This elegant 23m² studio, on the 2nd floor via stairs, is situated close to London's main attractions, including King's Cross Station, Regent's Park and just a short walk from Euston train station.
This studio seamlessly blends comfort and style, boasting elegant furnishings and contemporary amenities. Relax on the comfortable double bed adorned with premium linens and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV with access to streaming services (please remember to log out of your accounts upon departure).
The modern kitchenette includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There's also a dining table, perfectly suited for two guests.
The beautifully designed bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The shared laundry room is equipped with washing machines, clothes dryers, a vacuum and a mop.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that you may occasionally hear the faint, muffled sound of the underground train passing below. Additionally, there is construction taking place at the neighbouring property, and scaffolding is currently set up along the exterior of the building. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Just a short walk away, you'll find the iconic Camden Market, famous for its eclectic mix of street food, vintage shops, and live music venues. Explore the nearby Camden Arts Centre or take a scenic stroll along Regent’s Canal. Dining options are plentiful, with everything from trendy cafes and international cuisine to classic British pubs. There are also several supermarkets nearby, including Tesco and Sainsbury’s, making it easy to pick up everyday essentials. This vibrant area provides the perfect mix of culture, convenience, and charm.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Euston, is just a 5-minute walk away.
Heathrow Airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
