Villa Crozet is spread over two levels:

Main level:
As you enter the property you will be welcomed by its bright living room with dining area, furnished with a fantastic sofa as well as Sat tv, coffee table and chairs.

The well-equipped kitchen features all the latest appliances in order to make fantastic home-made meals, or just a wonderful breakfast to be consumed inside or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the incomparable panorama.

Bedrooms are set as follow:

1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with bathroom en suite with shower.
1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with bathroom en suite with shower.
1 double master bedroom with double bed (180x200) with bathroom en suite with double sink, toilet and shower. TV. Exit to the main outdoor terrace.
1 guest bathroom with toilet.

Going up to the first floor you will find:

Neighbourhood and surroundings
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Included in the rental price:
Electricity, gas, water, weekly pool and garden maintenance, cleaning of the house every 2 days and change of sheets and towels once a week.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 200 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check in: From 16:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, after 8:00 pm € 100).
Security Deposit: € 6.000
