De grands espaces de détente, un hamac ombragé (également adapté comme aire de jeux pour enfants), terrasse sur le toit dans son propre terrain privé offrent une oasis de calme. Accessible par une entrée fermée et un parking pour 4 voitures (2) sous couverture.
Par jour profiter de la belle piscine en forme de trèfle azur, avec douche extérieure et par nuit, la zone BBQ assez grande pour accueillir toute la famille, ou siroter un cocktail sur la terrasse sur le toit tout en regardant un tableau de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la vallée,
ou profiter de la cuisine extérieure et salle à manger.

Lovely place

The villa was clean, bigger than expected, and well spaced out. Its close to Santa Eulalia but plenty of room and trees so it doesn't feel urban.

Well located comfortable villa with great views

Very lovely villa, which is well located a 5 minute drive outside Santa Eularia. Great pool and barbecue areas, while inside the house is well equipped and beds comfortable. Check in and out process was all very easy. We have rented a number of houses on the island and this is our favourite. Would love to come back

Wonderful stay in perfect house for us

The house location is ideal for us - although it’s possible to walk to town, a rental car is advisable. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful and very relaxing. The house is fully equipped and had everything we needed. Check in/out were very easy and will definitely check availability on our next trip to Ibiza.

Overall very comfortable,just a few minor niggles.

Lovely secluded property,quite a way out of town,a car would be necessary for shopping etc.We had a few minor problems ,lack of hot water in the kitchen,initial trouble with the dishwasher,which was resolved.A spare toilet roll and hand soap in each bathroom would have been nice.All in all a lovely holiday until the last day when intruders entered the property whilst two of us were in and stole all our cash.So it would be advisable to keep the external door to the master bedroom locked at all times and be vigilant..

Thank you for your review. Your suggestions have been actioned. We encourage all guests to keep their valuables locked away even when they are in the Villa - if only for piece of mind. Fortunately although we do hear of a few problems on Ibiza they are very rare and it is better safe than sorry.

Family holiday

The property is in a lovely location, a rental car would be advised as in our experience taxis were not reliable. Lots of different outdoor areas to eat and see the sunset amazing views from the rooftop. On arriving check in was 2pm but on contacting the named person they stated we could not check in till 3pm which was not suitable as we had a wheelchair user with us and needed to check in. He did then state he would meet at 2pm as first arranged. In our party we had a wheelchair user who is not very mobile but can walk very short distances with assistance. I would advise this property is not suitable for wheelchair as their are a number of stairs in the property to bathrooms bedrooms, kitchen and the pool area. The sunbeds are very worn and quite uncomfortable, could do with updating. On showering for the first time a strong smell came from the shower drain, the named person was contacted and he came as soon as he could to fix the problem very helpful. Overall a lovely villa with plenty of room to enjoy time with family.

Hi Louise. Thank you for your feedback. As the first group of guests to have a wheelchair user with them I will take your comments on board and make it clear prior to booking that the Villa is not suitable for wheelchair users. In all the years that we have been renting, I have not received one bad comment about an un-reliable taxi service, but I will check that out. Maybe it's just down to the volume of holiday makers at this time of year. We normally upgrade the sunbeds annually or sooner if we hear of any being broken. I can only apologise if you did not find them comfortable. We will be out later in the season to make all the necessary upgrades ready for the new year. A complete upgrade of the waste system is taking place as I write. Hopefully that will put an end to any unpleasant smells. Overall it is good to hear that you enjoyed your stay and thank you again for taking the time to comment. Regards Stuart

Magnifique villa où il fait bon vivre et se détendre. Bien organisée et pratique. Un terrasse bien ensoleillée surblombant une piscine où il est agréable de s'y rafraichir. Fantastic Family Stay

The Villa was perfect, the whole family stayed with ages ranges from 2 - 65! Villa had everything you need and very well equipped, in a brilliant location where your only a short drive to everything including beach and local shops. Highly recommend! Will defiantly come back again!

Thank you for your feedback which we always welcome so that improvements can be made for future guests. It is unfortunate that you find the need to be so critical when had you responded to our calls all issues would have been resolved promptly. The Wifi had been checked and was working at the time of your arrival. Unfortunately, a problem arose at Telefonica end which was beyond our control. Our property manager attempted to make contact with you on several occasions but was unable to get a response. Had we known of the coffee machine being broken it would have been replaced immediately as we keep a replacement on site, as we do with light bulbs.

Complete ruime woning met heerlijk zwembad

Luxe vakantiewoning met goede voorzieningen, goed verzorgd en heerlijk zwembad. Wel een auto nodig om ergens naartoe te kunnen. Niet dicht bij een plaats op loopafstand En ook niet dicht bij een busstation. Al met al hebben we genoten.

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Manchmal hilft ein Auto, aber es sollte immer noch eine Bushaltestelle zu beiden Seiten der Straße geben, direkt neben der Insel Can Guasch, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Villa entfernt. Diese Busse fahren nach Ibiza-Stadt oder zum Busbahnhof Sta Eulalia. Ich nehme an, dass sie noch da sind.

A great villa for a large family, with enough space in and out to give everyone room to relax. Local supermarket easily walkable and both resorts of Santa Eulària and Cala llonga just a short drive away. Would highly recommend this place ..... thanks for a fantastic stay

Lovely villa and a great location

Stayed in April 2019 and the weather for us was great. Villa is nice and spacious, well equipped and plenty of seating and sunbathing areas throughout the day and evening. Very private but easily accessible and we didn't feel isolated. Views are great, especially from the upper terrace on top of the villa. The villa was very clean on arrival which is really important to me. The pool was cool as expected at this time of year but it didn't stop the kids enjoying it! It was lovely and clean and a great size and I'd imagine in summer it will be really lovely to enjoy. There were seven of us, aged from 12 to 78 and we all had a great time. This is our sixth time to Ibiza and would definitely stay here again. The location is great for Santa Eulalia and less than 5 minutes by car.

Beautiful Villa, excellent location

My first time to Ibiza and if you’ve never been before the villa here is in a great spot to be able to access all areas. Located on the east side of the island with half hour drives to and from the aiport, Ibiza Town, north and south of the island, it’s great to be able to explore and not have to spend all day getting to your destination. We hired a car, although found a bus stop nearby which we used to get to Ibiza Town a couple of times, this was convenient for when we didn’t fancy driving. We also found a bike hire shop in Santa Eulalia-great for a fun day out, useful for exploring and there any many well signposted cycle routes which take you to some beautiful spots! On the not so active days..relaxing in the villa is easy. It is quiet and private, has superb facilities including a clean pool/outdoor shower/hammock/sun loungers/bbq.. and if you don’t want to cook in the home from home kitchen (there is every gadget you need..) a local tapas bar is conveniently around the corner or a 10-15 minute walk into Santa Eulalia where you will find an excellent selection of bars/restaurants along the sea front. Here you can dream about owning one of many luxury yachts on show! Will definitely stay again, villa was clean/tidy/mix of modern facilities with traditional decor/well equipped/great value and stunning sunsets from the rooftop balcony. Booking was easy and communication quick.

A tranquil, family holiday in a lovely setting.

This property was very well equipped for any family with clean and modern amenities and a great kitchen. Standing in its own grounds, with walled and gated access, lovely gardens and a pretty swimming pool, we enjoyed the privacy of the villa. along with the lovely surrounding views and several glorious evening sunsets from any of the terraces. We look forward to repeating our holiday.

Great villa for a group of about 6

We stayed here for a week and loved it. Pluses are: great pool, awesome property manager, big spacious villa, rooms are nice (except for 1 which is a day bed in a study). Minuses: tough to direct cabbies to this place, internal equipment could use an update, rubbish bins are a trek, downstairs bathroom drains had a bad stench. These are minor quibbles though - the place is great. Highly recommend

Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the location of the Towns rubbish collection points but we are always very happy to update equipment in our endeavour to make our guests stay a great experience. The problem in the bathroom was soon rectified, as it was found that a personal item had jamned open the valve in the shower waste outlet, allowing the smells to enter the bathroom. Great pool-area, great location and an overall lovely stay

We stayed at Can Alinda the last week in July and had a really great time. We were two families staying at the villa and the kids and adults alike loved the pool area, sunbeams and the villas garden. The location is great for exploring the island with short distances to great secluded beaches and amazing beach clubs and restaurants. For families with kids the distance to Santa Eulalia might be a bit too long for a walk atlas in the summer when it's really hot outside. But it's a short drive down and there are supermarkets, tents courts and other facilities really nearby with car. We had a great stay and would recommend the villa warmly to anybody.

Highly Recommended

If Can Alinda was in the dictionary it would mean incredible villa! What more can I say other than this is an absolute gem of a Villa and a great find, just perfect ! The style of the villa gives you that traditional Spanish feel. It is set amongst the rolling hills of Santa Eulalia. It has a fantastic pool and plenty of room to lie back and relax. There are many little surprises Can Alinda has to offer, such as the outdoor shower, fantastic BBQ area, the roof top lounge area and finally the balcony. We used this many times to watch the sun go down, while sitting there with our glasses of wine in the evenings and looking out to some lovely views. The shops, lovely beaches and coves are just a short drive away and both Santa Eulalia and the surrounding towns have some brilliant restaurants and bars. For those into water sports there are a few water sport centres 10-15minutes from the villa. Ibiza town is easy to get to and Formenterra is easily accessible via a short ferry ride that leaves just outside Santa Eulalia Marina. All I can say is book, you will not be disappointed. I have already booked for 2017 and plan to use Can Alinda as a frequent holiday destination, if I’m able.

Beautiful Villa

I stayed at Can Alinda for the first time in September this year to celebrate my 20th Birthday with friends and family I am very happy to recommend it. It is ideally located just outside of St. Eularia, near enough to walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach but far enough away to feel private and tranquil. My favourite part of the villa is the pool and veranda where we sunbathed in luxury and as it was surprisingly hot for the end of September the air con in the bedrooms was invaluable. I had a fabulous holiday and I am very happy to recommend the villa, the facilities and location. I had a fantastic holiday!

Ideally located for all Ibiza has to offer

A beautiful tranquil location within walking distance of the Sta Eulalia centre, Marina and beach. The Villa has a lovely pool, adequate sunbeds, outside shower, a roof terrace to view the wonderful sunsets and a massive family BBQ area. Inside, the Villa was clean, spacious and comfortable giving us all just what we needed to make our stay very enjoyable and wanting to return.

Lovely villa, would stay again

Very happy overall with the villa. Is in a quiet area and doesn't feel overlooked. Pool was a decent size. Property was clean and pleasant. Kitchen is perhaps a little small but that's not really a problem. Plenty of nice bedrooms, lots of good outside space for eating. Villa a short distance from Santa Eulalia and lots of other great beaches in North of island. Wifi worked well, which was useful. Air conditioning worked in bedrooms. Communication was good, and check in and out was effortless. Many thanks.
