Elegant residence close to the beach, the centre of Lignano Pineta and Lignano Riviera. The building features a private garden, elevator and shared washing machine. The apartment on the 1st floor is a two-bedroom unit with a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, satellite TV and a designated parking space. Heating and garage are available upon request for an additional fee.
