Beautiful condo.. we had a wonderful time and were blessed to see whales and dolphins during our stay.

House was idea for a large family. We really enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and loved the pool as an alternative. The cart that allowed us to carry more stuff to the beach was very useful.

What an amazing property!! My husband and I fell in love with it the minute we arrived. The ocean views are spectacular...literally just out the back door, with just a minute or two walk to the beach. I spent a great deal of time on the deck just appreciating the view and listening to the waves crash.The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. If you think the pictures are nice, just wait until you see it in person! Access to the property pool was quick and easy! The pool was clean, well-maintained and was a great spot for sunbathing and cooling off. I 1000% recommend this property. It was great for us as a couple. Would be fantastic for 2 couples or a small family. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Fingers crossed, we will be back! -Alicia

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. I have absolutely no complaints. The beds and couches are comfy, the kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. We enjoyed walking out to the beach. The property provided beach chairs, a cooler, wagon etc…whatever you would need for the beach. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets. One thing to mention there isn’t any bathroom toiletries. We enjoyed the Dough Shack which was super close for donuts and pizza besides this place there are other eateries within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

First time visiting OBX. Mother/daughter getaway to celebrate daughter’s birthday. Tony is definitely a premier host. Prompt response to every question. Condo is stocked with everything you need. Many toiletries available if you forgot to pack anything. Plenty of coffee for the Kuerig and also tea bags. Beach supplies and bikes are a real plus even though we didn’t use them. Easy check in and out. Major qualification for choosing this listing is that Tony provides all of the linens (a lot of listings for the area don’t). I would have preferred more than one towel set per person. I don’t know if he would have provided more if asked but will keep that in mind if I ever return. My other booking qualification was a beach view and that was available from the very nice balcony. It is a limited view with also a limited view of the sound but made a great morning coffee location for the sunrise. I was a little concerned before arriving about having the direct view of the campground next door. Not what I would have preferred but it was a nice and quiet campground so no distractions. Finally, Rodanthe is a great location on the Outer Banks. Centrally located so you can easily explore the whole area without driving too far every day. It is a very quiet community with not a lot of attractions ( which I really preferred) and since we went in off season some places were closed or very limited hours. Would definitely book again if returning to OBX. THANKS TONY!!!

We stayed last year and loved it. We got the opportunity to come back this year and loved it. Tom, the owner, is wonderful and is spot on with any questions we might have. We recommend this rental. Thank you Tom for being so great!

Island Time was the perfect spot for our OBX beach vacation. The house was just the right size for our group ( 6 adults, 1 infant, 1 dog).. more would have been tight. The pool was comfortable break from the beach.... and the beach was so close!!! We could easily come back for naps and to check on the dog.The hottub took us a bit to get the right temp , but once we did it was delightful.. especially on a rainy afternoon. A couple restaurants and coffee shops were an easy walking distance.. we cooked several dinners and breakfast each day and the kitchen had more than everything we needed. For grilling it is a simple charcoal grill, but it worked well for burgers and chicken. We stayed right in the middle of the summer, so there was a bit of sand accumulated in the house, but super clean for a pet /beach rental and I cant wait to get back to Island Time!
