The 'Stalen Boshuis' is located in a beautiful spot in Brabant, where you can enjoy walking and cycling. The holiday home is luxuriously and modernly furnished and made of corten steel. The owners' passion for spatial design and art is reflected in all aspects. The architecture and interior design incorporate steel, concrete, and glass, combined with modern comfort. The result is surprising and unique, in harmony with the rural surroundings.

The house is located on the Bergvliet estate, which also features an 18-hole golf course and the new luxury spa-wellness resort Spa One. The house is not part of the Bergvliet villas recreational park, but is a private residence located in a different part of the estate.

The large windows provide a beautiful view of the terrace and the rural surroundings. From the house, you can enjoy lovely walking and cycling tours over the Vrachelse heath. There is also a restaurant at the golf course where you can enjoy drinks, lunch, or dinner. And if you want to explore the area? The culinary city of Breda is about a 10-minute drive away, as well as Efteling or a boat trip in the National Park de Biesbosch nearby.

Holiday home layout

The entire house is on one level, without thresholds and equipped with a cast floor with underfloor heating. Entrance with wardrobe and toilet. The living room has a modern decor with contemporary furniture such as a lounge sofa, gas fireplace, widescreen TV, and sound system (music channels and playback via smartphone). Along the entire length, there is a glass facade which makes the living space wonderfully bright. On nice days, the doors can be opened to the terrace. On the terrace, there is a concrete dining table with concrete seating and 2 loungers. There is also a steel outdoor (lounging) bath and outdoor shower for hot days. Part of the garden is bordered by natural (sun) shading made of corten steel and willows, which can be slid open, thereby enlarging the garden.
Open kitchen with a large concrete worktop, induction hob, dishwasher, small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave/oven, Nespresso machine (bring your own pods) and kettle. Wooden dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace at the front adjoins the kitchen, where the sliding doors can be opened and it is lovely to relax in the sunshine in the morning, there are 2 chairs. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, safe and closet space. In the bedroom, there is a bathtub, around the corner is a space with a walk-in (rain) shower and double sink.

At the entrance is the second bedroom. It has a twin bed (single mattresses and duvets) and hanging/storage space for your clothes. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in (rain) shower, double sink, and toilet.There is also a storage room available with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.Outside you will find the Finnish sauna and the wood-fired hot tub, which is covered and can be used year-round (except during periods of severe frost). Wood is available for a fee; wood from the forest is not allowed.

The house is located in a wooded area, allowing you to experience nature up close. 

It is equipped with all possible luxuries, but Mother Nature also provides sounds from the forest, insects in or around the house, and blades of grass between the tiles. 

Children are welcome; however, there are no facilities for children in the house (no toys or children's dishware, no crib and high chair). 

Small playground at the estate's restaurant (1 minute walk away).

Due to the peace, the house is not rented to young people. 

Next to the 'Stalen Boshuis' is the 'Betonnen Boshuis' and the new 'Houten Boshuis' with hot tub. Each house is on its own plot and accommodates 4 people. The houses are not part of the Bergvlietvilla's recreation park.
