The appartement is very spacious (way more spacious than the listing pictures show) and pleasant. It's conveniently located 5 min from the Clichy train station, 10 min from the Lousie Michelle metro station, which makes it easy to go to Paris Intra Muros (15 min metro ride to go to the Arc de Triomphe) in a very safe area of Paris.The 3-star rating comes because we had quite a few issues with the appartment. First, the bathroom lock was not working. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working, making the room very humid after just one shower. We also realized that the previous occupants broke the power plug of the bedside table's lamp inside the power socket, rendering it useless.We reported all of these issue to the management team in the residence a couple of hours after checking-in and were told someone from maintenance would come to fix all of this the next day but no one came for the entire time of our stay.From the second day until the day of departure, we also had no hot water. The management team knew about it but did not communicate.This is a bit of a let down from the on-site management team.The flat size is perfect for a family or a group of friends, one thing that it's lacking though is a washing machine, which is a shame because there is definitely enough space for one.Because of all these issues, I cannot rate our stay above 3-star. If the appartement had a washing machine and the on-site team were taking care of it, the rating would be higher.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Alles war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.Die Beschreibung des Appartements ist sehr zutreffend.
