Modern apartment located in the center of Palermo, with a balcony overlooking a tree-lined avenue
The bright accommodation with modern furnishings consists of an open space where there is a dining table and sofa and an open kitchen with induction cooktop, microwaveand kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and TV. Two bathrooms complete the layout, only one of which has a shower stall.
Guests are provided with amenities such as wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump.
*The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator.
*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is undergoing an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting points for tourists and residents.
