Good Spot in Palermo.

The apartment was clean and spacious. We were able to walk from there to all the main sights.

Great location

Had difficulty finding the apartment and communicating with the host. Host did a quick walkthrough once we found it but neglected to tell us about needing a ZTL pass for driving in the neighborhood. The day we arrived a pass was not needed but the day we left it was. The only reason we found out was we finally saw a note with the information but no information on where to purchase the ticket. The apartment itself was very centrally located for everything we were hoping to do in Palermo and the apartment was nice.

The place is really only a 1 bedroom with the 2nd bedroom being the living room with the couch converting to a very squeaky uncomfortable bed. The place is very spacious place and clean. Centrally located and parking in area takes a bit of running around to find a spot, but we were lucky to always find a spot to park on street for free. Otherwise the host suggested he has a parking garage to recommend for $15/day. Lidil grocery store is very close walking distance to grab food and drinks. If driving, take off avoid tolls on your google maps or you'll be re-routed constantly with some alley ways extremely narrow. You NEED a ZTL Driving/parking permit for weekdays which can be picked up at a Tabaco store on most streets and the host will have to register it for you as it can only be registered using with an Italian cell phone, not sure why. Also the host requires your passport for tourist registration, apparently its a legal requirement and note you also have to pay cash to the host for the tourist tax/day/traveler at the end of your stay. Enjoy your stay, we certainly enjoyed Sicily.

Very convenient to everything

This is a beautiful apartment with walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and Emilio let us alter the checkin and out times. Would recommend this apartment!
