Feel a warm welcome when you arrive at your recently renovated, self-catered, top-floor apartment in the Ponta Delgada centre.

Tastefully decorated and offering a cosy, comfortable indoor environment, it comprises a bright living room with glass doors to the South and North. Exiting each of the bright glass doors, you reach two terraces, one facing the Marina and ocean on the south and the other facing the north over Ponta Delgada rooftops!

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second with a two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. An extra relaxing room can be used as bedroom or office.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is no garage parking place at the building, but just in front you have a huge paid underground parking.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. This charming 50s building sits proudly along the main avenue, directly facing the new marina. You’ll find a lovely promenade outside the entrance, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Located in the heart of Ponta Delgada, the area is filled with a variety of restaurants and bars offering everything from breakfast bites to evening cocktails. You'll also have convenient access to supermarkets, ATMs, a health center, and even a nearby church—all within walking distance.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Ponta Delgada - Edifício SATA, is just a 1-minute walk.

Ponta Delgada airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
