Fresh Start Joint Ventures Ltd, offers you a Premium Home away from Home Stay, in the Heart of Nottingham!

This Lovely Property can be booked as a whole for up to 7 people or booked as individual rooms, according to availability.

It consist of 4 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Kitchen Diner, Front and Back Gardens, etc. And each bedroom has it's own Private ensuite.

There's a total of 5 beds, which can comfortably sleep 7 Adults or 6 Adults and 2 children, and is perfect for Trades/Work/ Business persons or Family/Group bookings.

Guest have access to their room, the kitchen, kitchen dinner, microwave, toaster, electric cooker and oven, fridge freezer, kitchen utensils, the washer dryer, both front and back door gardens.

This special place is close to Everything!

With *Free Public Car Park* (Must register with Ring Go to get free 20hours parking, Mon-Fri and completely free on Weekends), just one minute away from our place, it is perfect for cars and work vans.

Coming by Train (5mins walk from Nottingham Train Station), Coach (7mins walk from the Coach Station) or Bus (2mins walk from the nearest Bus stop), we're within walking distance.

Love Football? We're 4mins drive/ 17mins walk to The City Ground, Nottingham Forest Football Stadium.

What about Shopping? The City Centre is just 5mins drive/20mins walk away.

Tourist? We've got you covered. With walking distance to the train, tram, bus and coach stations, you can easily tour Nottingham all day!

For those driving, it's best to use the postcode to the Car park, NG2 2JG, for easier access to the property. This takes you to the Bridgeway Centre Car Park, which is 1min walk from the property.

The car park is free from 12noon - 7:59am Mon - Fri and Completely Free on Weekends.

There is a Parking Restriction between 8am - 12pm, Mon - Fri.
