The Place Funchal View is a modern apartment with superb views over the city and the sea.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential building and has private parking in the basement with an electric vehicle charging station, a garden area and a swimming pool with solarium.
The flat has an area of 107 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed (200x160), a bedroom with a single bed (200x90), a living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony with views of the mountains, the city and the sea.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the Funchal amphitheatre close to the Barreiros Stadium.
350 m from the building there is a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a restaurant.

The pool is not heated but is open all year round and can be used weather permitting, unless there is some temporary maintenance work taking place.

Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
