The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor within a condominium with a shared hallway. The garden area, separated by hedges, and the apartment are entirely and exclusively at the guests’ disposal. The accommodation consists of three interconnected rooms and a charming garden. The main entrance opens into a small living room, the room that best reflects the character of the entire house. It’s a bright and relaxing space that takes us back to the history of the building and leads us into the other rooms of the home: A spacious and cozy living room-kitchen, featuring a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed—which can also be used to accommodate overnight guests—and a fully equipped kitchenette; a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, leading to a bathroom with an antechamber. The bedroom and the ante-bathroom can also be accessed directly from the garden. The outdoor areas consist of a small, charming landscaped garden with a green lawn framed by Mediterranean scrub, overlooked by a picturesque loggia. From the loggia, a convenient flight of stairs leads to a terrace where you can hang laundry or simply enjoy some sun while comfortably seated in an armchair. The mastic hedges border the property, ensuring a minimum of privacy.
Guest Access
The entire main entrance, from the street to the area separated by the hedges, is accessible to guests. The garden with its green lawn and the white ground-floor apartment are entirely and exclusively at the guests’ disposal. These spaces also include a small terrace accessible via a flight of stairs.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is equipped with a small safe for storing documents and valuables. The apartment does not have on-site parking, but free parking is available on the adjacent streets. During periods of cold weather, an efficient radiator heating system can be activated, creating a very comfortable indoor environment. The heating system is centralized and preset, and is activated exclusively during the winter months. The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector.
