A super place to stay

This as a very comfortable place to stay. It's clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our two week visit. It's also conveniently close to the park and shops.

Great place!

This olace was perfect for the weekend. Great locatuon...easy to get places, plenty of street parking, nice furnishings and very comfortable. John was great as a host.

Great place and fabulous location

Really nice small one bedroom with everything in it you would need. Great location to walk to restaurants and Wash park. Bathroom is tiny but fine.

Perfect VRBO - 5 Star

Incredible property - clean, efficient, well laid out, cozy. Best VRBO we have been to in a long time. Walk to wash park. So nice to visit a place where cleanliness is a priority. Would definitely recommend.

Go no further - this is top notch

Everything about our stay was as good as we could have hoped for. The neighborhood is great, parking was never a problem, the quality and condition of all the amenities were terrific. The unit is so cozy and inviting. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Such a cute flat!

The remodeling of this flat has been done with so much thoughtfulness and good taste. The bed is comfortable, the shower has a good pressure, we did not use the kitchen but it looks like they have everything you would need. I'd love to stay there again!

Flying in - driving home

The property was a great place to stay, very clean, well-organized, and near our daughter...and a trip to meet the future in-laws. Close to Washinton park was an added benefit.

Family visit

We enjoyed our stay at Dakota. We were in Denver to visit family. The location was perfect and had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed Washington Park, the Denver Mint and the Art Museum. It was a short drive to these locations with relatively low traffic.

A perfect little getaway for two!

Fantastic! My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary!! Everything from the size to the decor was so cozy and cute, and the area is beautiful. Can't recommend highly enough!

The place is perfect for a couple or single person to stay in Denver. The space is so thoughtfully designed and stocked for guests. It's so clean, nice quality towels and linens. Great location. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed the stay! The unit was remodeled very nicely and they did a great job with limited space. It was the perfect space for us to reacquaint ourselves with the city we hadn’t been to for over 20 years. Quiet neighborhood with countless dining options nearby and parks galore throughout the city. We Highly recommend this spot!

Well cared for property in a cute neighborhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and light rail within walking distance. Owner was communicative and kind. Would love to stay again!
