We had the most wonderful time staying here! My boyfriend and I felt right at home while we were staying here. Everything was so clean and well thought out. We loved the shower, definitely a nice feature, and found all the items we could have needed. The hosts are extremely kind and responsive and if we find ourselves here again we would definitely book a second time!

We had a great 3 night stay. The property is just as listed. The apartment was clean and fit our needs. We enjoyed being close to the Dry Gulch and Sloan Lake. Parking in the street was never an issue. The owner left snacks and water for us. So kind! Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

This apartment was just as advertised. Cozy and great location for a fun time in Denver. The short walk to Sloan’s Lake and to convenience shopping/dining was terrific. Everything logistically was easeful and the comforting amenities including great snacks were a treat. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve experienced! The property is exactly as advertised and well taken care of, and it’s in a fantastic location to explore Denver! The hosts provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and communicate all the details thoroughly and respond to any questions promptly. They even have well written suggestions and directions for things to do and ways to get around Denver if you plan to explore what the surrounding neighborhood has to offer. We would definitely book here again on another Denver stay. We felt at home! 5 enthusiastic stars Thanks to our hosts for everything!!

Nice basement apt. Very small but doable for two.Parking -street parking only one night of 5 that we had to park down the street.Comfortable, but owner controls the heat /air so if you get cold easily bring warm PJs. Owner supplies most of what you need. We did buy soap ,tissue and a few groceries.Neighbor felt transitional but about 1 mile to stores shops and restaurants.Good price and adequate for what we needed it to be.

Great host and space - nice, new and well-furnished. I was able to work here during the day and get around the greater neighborhood at night by Veo really easily. I’ll look for this spot again next time I’m in town!

This place was clean, cozy and perfect for a couple to getaway. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and the washer/dryer was a plus. The bathtub was perfect for soaking in after hiking and exploring all day. Comfortable bed too. Located in Edgewater, there was a lot to see and do, Sloan lake area was nice. Uber or Lyft downtown took less than 15 min.
