Well-located and well-maintained holiday home, partially renovated in 2021, in the heart of Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort. The location is perfect for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers with Sjørup Lake located close to the holiday home. You can swim in the clear water of the lake with a large, lovely bathing jetty, and at the water's edge you will find a sauna barrel (for a fee). In addition, it is the perfect setting for an active vacation for the whole family. The resort's many facilities and offers (for a fee) include several good golf courses, a spa area with lots of wellness facilities, bowling, fitness, restaurants, mini golf, and a playground for the youngest guests, as well as a water park. The sports facilities include indoor and outdoor paddle tennis, artificial turf pitches, tennis courts, and a multi-purpose court. The holiday home is energy efficient with a heat pump, which reduces consumption, and has a well-designed floor plan. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/living room with terrace access, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200) and one with two single beds, and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer (min. 60 liters), and coffee maker. There is a high chair for the little ones. Bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. There is also a washing machine in the house. The first floor offers a living room with modern furniture, free high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. The house offers a terrace with good garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. A house that suits all seasons and is a must-see. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
