Welcome travellers to our delightful 3 bedroom retreat in Birkirkara! Each room features a comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay for up to 6 guests.

Upon entering this lovely home, you will be welcomed by the large living spaces, with a comfy sofa and an amazing kitchen/dining area, perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Also private access from the dining area is a large terrace with outdoor furniture and urban views.

Equipped for longer stays with high speed WIFI & AC.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Kitchen| Our Birkirkara property features a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and a complete set of cutlery, allowing you to effortlessly prepare meals.

The kitchen opens up to a private outdoor terrace, a highlight of our residence also equipped with outdoor furniture.

Living area| As you step inside you will find lovely spaces, with a large Sofa & TV with a private entrance to the terrace where you can enjoy your local stay.

Bedrooms| The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms include a double bed while one of them features 2 double beds.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is accessible from one of the main bedrooms.

Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

The charming neighborhood of Pieta offerings a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, Pieta is a haven for tourists seeking a genuine Mediterranean experience.

The bus stop is within walking distance of the apartment making it very easy, cheap and efficient to travel! We also offer 24/7 taxi service through the airbnb app

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person


7. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
