Perfect place for a get away

Condo is lovely, host is fantastic and location is perfect! Condo is clean and has everything you need for a beach get away. The host was always quick to reply with answers to my questions. The beach is steps away from the front door. Will be back! for sure

Best of Everything on the Gulf

Repeat guest- we love staying at Quynh's condo because of location, amenities (cable, internet, parking pass, 2 new TVs w firestick, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc). We have limited mobility and this is perfect for distance ofparkingto1stfloor..Qand from condo to pool

Lovely visit!

We arrived the day after a tropical storm hit and we never would have known! We have vacationed in Quyhn's space several times and have always felt right at home, she is easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We always enjoy the coffee selections while staying in the cozy condo and the proximity of the beach can not be beat! Quyhn supplies everything you need for a day at the beach as well as a supplied kitchen for cooking meals. We always enjoy our time here!

Repeat guests who will return again!

We had a ten day stay with our children, ages 2 and 3. We were late to request an early check in, but Quynh was very fast to respond and was able to accommodate our request. We had a couple of very minor issues (broom that broke when we used it, no water to the building for a couple hours one day), and we are 100% pleased with how Quynh took care of things and communicated. The condo was clean, quiet, and well stocked for our stay. We love having such a short walk to the beach and restaurants as well as the first floor pool access and patio with small kids. We can’t wait to return next year!

Amazing Host!

This is our second time staying here and we will be back. Just as great of an experience as the first time. Quynh is outstanding with communication and very accommodating. Perfect location with everything you need for the beach provided. Can’t wait to be back next year!

Great getaway!

We loved our week in Pass-a-Grille! The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in an ideal location with the beach and great restaurants steps away. Communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Paso Grill for over 20 years! Quinn‘s place is just right for a fantastic, relaxing January at Paso Grill😎 the place was immaculate centrally located to everything beach right across the street. What more would a person need? Had a great time at this property

The condo is very well-equipped and the location is perfect as you can easily walk to everything in town. The bed was very comfortable making for a restful sleep. We did not rent a car and did not feel any need for one as there are two services that provide free rides around the area and just a tip for the driver is required and there is a bus to get to downtown St. Petersburg. The owner does a wonderful job of filling you in on everything and is very responsive if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing!

The property is perfect for a quiet beach getaway! It's located in a historic area and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Kitchen is fully stocked and I didn't need anything additional during my stay. Quynh took care of a mistake I made during my reservation process quickly and efficiently and everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Perfect Location!

We have stayed here a number of times here and always enjoy it. Clean and comfortable, quiet pool area, beach across the street. Short walk to great casual restaurants. So much quieter and laid back than most beach areas. Quynh makes sure everything is right. We will return again!

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect getaway for our family of four. Quynh is an exceptional host and clearly communicated everything before and during the trip. We are coffee drinkers and appreciated that we could use our two favorite methods- Keurig and French press. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the condo was exactly as described in the listing. We flew in from PA, so it was super convenient to not have to bring towels or anything for the beach other than a few toys. The extras (paper towels, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, toilet paper, K cups) made it way less stressful after we hit some bumps in our travel and didn’t have time to do a grocery order that first night! We had a very easy time feeding our family during the stay without using our rental car much. Instacart delivery from Publix was super easy, and the restaurants within walking distance were great. Our favorites were Paradise Grille (fast and affordable) and Paradise Sweets (for ice cream, snow cones, and coffee). To those with small children or adults who need a short walk, please be assured that even with a street to cross, it is only a 2-3 minute walk down to the beach and water. We could easily go back and forth between meals/snacks, pop up rain showers, and naps without it being a big deal like it has been at other properties with a longer walk to the beach. This place is a GEM! We are already looking at dates to book the same exact condo before next summer to try it out during another season.

Perfect

The condo is absolutely perfect. The location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything, but feels isolated. The restaurants and beach are steps away but you wouldn’t know it inside. The condo itself is perfect for a small family and has everything you need! And it was spotless. The area feels untouched and not touristy at all. The water is beautiful and perfect for shelling. We took a couple of day trips to other beaches in the area all beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was great again! The location is close to little stores and restaurants and the beach is right across the street! There’s a little patio to sit on with comfortable furniture to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The unit itself is immaculate. We love it there and hope to come again. Thank you Quynh!

Super Cute and Comfortable

We loved staying here! The condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The furniture was nice, sturdy, updated & comfortable. The Cindy Crawford microsuede couch was great to lounge on and our daughter slept well on the sleeper sofa. The king bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and didn’t make any squeaky noises. The sheets were super soft also, which I really appreciated. We really enjoyed all the extra blankets for snuggling with while lounging. It was great to have extra beach/pool towels provided since they get used so much. We definitely utilized the in unit washer/dryer. Being able to dry towels and swim suits quickly was great. The saltwater pool was nice to have right out the door and the water was warm. I also loved having a cordless stick vacuum in the unit so I could get the sand up as much as possible. We didn’t use the provided beach chairs and umbrellas as we brought our own, but it was nice to know they were there. The location of this unit was great being just across the street from the beach and we enjoyed walking around everywhere. Parking was never an issue as having the parking pass made it possible to park on the residential streets or on the metered streets. The AC in this unit was working very well, which was amazing to have. The ceiling fans and remotes were a great benefit too. All the instructions on checking in/out and anything else we needed to know were easy to understand. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

Well-equipped one-bedroom home in prime beach location

We had a wonderful stay at Quynh's one-bedroom condo in Pass-a-Grille. The location can't be beat -- directly across the street from St. Pete's Pass-a-Grille Beach. The home is very comfortable and equipped with everything imaginable -- and notes on how to use the tv remotes, hot water/cold water, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room furniture was perfect for relaxing and/or watching the big screen tv. The pool was very clean and heated. The home was spotless clean. Quynh is a great host!
