Holiday House “La Terrazza HOUSE” in the heart of Lanciano

Our vacation home is located in the heart of Lanciano, a short walk from the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of the Bridge and the Shrine of the Eucharistic Miracle. The very central location allows you to fully experience the city without the need for a car, enjoying the beauty of the historic center in total comfort.

We are also in a strategic location for exploring Abruzzo: in a few minutes by car you can reach both the sea, with the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi, and the mountains, with places like Passo Lanciano, ideal in all seasons.

One of the highlights of the property is the private terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, having breakfast outdoors or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.

The house is tastefully furnished and designed to offer comfort, privacy and a cozy atmosphere, combining the charm of the historic center with the pleasure of tranquility.

⚠️ROOM USAGE POLICY FOR 1–2 GUESTS:
The facility has two rooms: one double and one with two single beds.

For reservations with one guest, only one room will be assigned, based on the guest’s preference. The property will contact the guest after the reservation to ask which room they would prefer.

For reservations with 2 guests, the standard rate includes the use of only one room (your choice of a double or twin room).

If both guests wish to use one room each (i.e., both available rooms), a surcharge un for opening the second room equal to twice the price/night will be charged, as they will be considered as two separately occupied rooms

For example, if the standard rate for 2 people is €100 per night, the charge for using both rooms will be €200 per night.

We will contact you in advance to find out your preferences so we can best prepare your accommodations.

⚠️ TOURIST TAX: The City of Lanciano has not entered into any agreement with Airbnb or other platforms to collect tourist tax. This amount is not included in the reservation price and must be paid in cash upon check-in. The 'Amount to be paid is €1.00 per person per night of stay. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from payment. Other exemptions and reductions are provided by the City, please contact us in advance for more information or consult the City of Lanciano website.
