Located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Piacenza, the residence is located in the central area of the town, a stone's throw from the sports center equipped with swimming pool, tennis courts and paddle courts. In front of the property there is a bus stop to reach the city or the Piacenza valleys. The villa, with independent entrance, is completely fenced and equipped with terrace and balcony, garden on three sides and double garage which houses three cars.
