The property was exactly as described. Alessandro was the perfect host, available if needed but discreet, recommended perfect restaurants. Lovely local towns and great markets. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights at this stunning property at the end of our Italian adventure, It was a wonderful way to relax after a busy time in Rome. The location is tranquil and quiet with amazing views all around and many interesting day trips nearby. Allesandro and his entire family made us feel so welcome, we could not have asked for better hosts....we hope we're lucky enough to return. It was a little piece of heaven!

Ruhe und Natur pur

Wir kamen am Abend an und wurden durch Allesandro, Hündin L'una und den Rest der Familie herzlichst begrüsst. Die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt weit ausserhalb der Stadt. Perfekt um die Ruhe und die Natur zu geniessen. Vielen Dank und beste Grüsse

Spent a very relaxing 2 weeks in rooms with a kitchen in beautiful area.

This property has been lovingly renovated and the rooms with a kitchen are lovely, spacious and comfortable. Alessandro and his family were always on hand to help and his partner, Martina even took the time to take us to the village local gathering. Thank you!

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche bei Alessandro und seiner Familie. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit vielen tollen Details- einfach zum Wohlfühlen ! Der Pool war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen perfekt. Quiet, Private Getaway

The location and accommodations were perfect for us, providing a quiet haven for rest and relaxation after a day of tourism or spending time with family. Lovely and quiet place to relax

We spent 2 weeks in Allessandros lovely house. The cildren as well as the adults enjoyed the pool, the nature around the little village and the taste of the local products (Thanks Allessandro!). Allessandro and his family was very kind and helbful. The two nearest towns with its street markets, cafés and beautiful historic centers were welcoming. The house and the garden were in good condition and tastefully furnished. Unfortunally the kids were too small to go on the walking-tours in the sorroundings. Ruhige Lage mit Katze Hund und Pferd

In einem liebevoll ausgebauten Bauernhof konnten wir entspannte und sonnige 2 Wochen genießen. Zur Besichtigung von Burgen und Städten ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Zu 5 konnten wir die gesamte Unterkunft selbst nutzen und hatten durch die Vermieter Hilfe bei Problemen und unterstützumg zur Lösung dieser. Ein gepflegtes Urlaubsdomizil in das wir gerne wieder fahren. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Wunderbares Haus und tolle Gegend

Es ist alles genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Großartiges altes Haus - liebevoll renoviert. Perfekt für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Neu sind der Herd (ohne Ofen) und die Spüle, sodass auch Essen selber zubereitet werden und abgewaschen werden kann. Schönes, großes Grundstück mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (herrliche Ecke unterm Feigenbaum am Naturpool ) und tollem Ausblick. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber - immer bemüht und sehr sympatisch. Liebe Tiere (Hund, Katze, Pferde... ). Wunderbare Gegend fernab vom Massentourismus. Zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge nach Bobbio (hübsche Altstadt und tolle Badestelle am Fluss), Parma und in die kleinen Orte in der Umgebung.

Nous avons été très bien reçus, parfait pour une étape même avec 2 enfants. le gîte est très beau, on s'y sent bien, grand jardin. Environnement super calme, repos assuré. Merci à nos hôtes pour les petits déjeuners et l'accueil. On recommande ce gîte !!

prachtige vakantie woning in landelijke omgeving met super ontbijt

Huis/ Kamer : Ruime kamers waarvan een met badkamer in de kamer en een met badkamer op de gang. Heerlijke dikke muren, horren en luiken. Het huis is bijna een soort burcht of kasteel. Goed schoon en ruikt fris. Een lekkere goede ruime douche met voldoende warm (heet) water. Er is een woonkamer met twee banken, stoel, en eettafel met 3 stoelen. Koelkast en magnetron zijn aanwezig. Als de andere kamer verhuurd is deel je deze eetkamer, maar het kan ook zijn dat je de eetkamer gewoon voor jezelf hebt. Ontbijt is heel ruim, al je wensen worden vervuld en worden gevraagd. In ons geval eieren en heel veel koffie :). Ook krijgen we halverwege de week verse chocolade croissants :). Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het is er. Uitgebreider dan menig hotel. Alleen even zelf tafel dekken en afwassen. Koken kun je niet, maar een BBQ is aanwezig. Buiten: tafel / stoelen en BBQ aanwezig , ook een afdak met hangmatten en een bankje en stoeltje. Bij het zwembad een tafel en stoelen en ligstoelen. Het uitzicht is heerlijk, evenals het water!! Onder de parasols of de vijgenboom in de schaduw, of als je zon aanbidder bent in de volle zon. Omgeving. Even goed checken op websites wat er open is. TripAdvisor geeft niet altijd goede info. Of vraag Alessandro Het kasteel (Riva) is privé bezit maar mooi om even te bekijken, goed restaurant ernaast (niet heel goedkoop). Het stadje heeft op dinsdag markt, leuk om even over te lopen. Ook om de kalkovens even bekijken. Verder zijn er twee supermarkten (waaronder een Liddl) die de hele dag open zijn. Meerdere kastelen in de omgeving en leuke dorpen. Cinque Terra is ook aan te rijden (1,5 uur) en verder, Leuk gezin om bij te verblijven. Mooie mensen met lieve huisdieren. Huis en tuin geven veel ruimte, natuur, voldoende privacy en rust. Maar als je van gezelligheid houdt kun je ook bij terecht. Zeker aan te raden voor een paar dagen tot een week.

Fantastic spot with great hosts

We loved our stay at Alessandro and Marine's place. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the hosts exceptional. It was just what we needed for a few days of total R & R at the end of our holiday in Italy. I would highly recommend it for those who enjoy quite, remote, farm-type spots away from the daily rush.

Relax in mezzo alla natura

Abbiamo passato un week-end in coppia in questo casale completamente immerso nella natura. A meno di un paio d'ore da Milano, è l'ideale per chi vuole davvero staccare la spina dalla routine e ricaricare le pile! Nonostante il luogo isolato, in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono diversi luoghi di interesse come Grazzano Visconti, Bobbio, Travo. Ideale anche per chi ama gli animali (qui troverete un cane, un gatto, due galline e sei cavalli, tutti mansueti e affettuosi). I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Da tornare.

Wunderschöne 4 Tage in ruhiger Gegend

Wir haben 4 wunderbare Tage bei Alessandro verbracht. Das Haus war gemütlich und schön zurecht gemacht. Das Frühstück und das dazu gebuchte Abendessen war reichlich und abwechslungsreich! Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig und man konnte wunderbar schlafen! Auf dem Hof gibt es zahlreiche Tiere wie zum Beispiel Pferde, Hund, Katze, Gänse, Schildkröte. Das Haus ist umgeben von Feldern und Weiden. Eine echte Unterkunft auf dem Lande mit Charme! Wonderful silent Days! The house is homely and the rooms are beautiful decorated.The area around the house is quiet and you could sleep very well! On the farm there are many animals such as horses, dog, cat, geese, turtle. The house is surrounded by fields and paddocks. A true property in the countryside, very charming!

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultimo weekend di agosto in questo cascinale meraviglioso, circondato dal verde dei colli piacentini . I proprietari sono due persone favolose, gentili e accoglienti ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. La camera spaziosa e pulitissima, la colazione abbondante con diversi prodotti fatti in casa, posizione strategica xche' vicino ai borghi di Grazzano e Castell'Arquato, assolutamente da visitare.
