Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself. There is an "owner's room" that remains locked and private. There are several storage sheds around the property that we would kindly ask our guests not to enter for their own safety. There is a cedar soaking tub that is not available to guests for safety reasons. The bedroom with x 2 twin beds is up the steep cottage stairs. There is a lovely "summer bedroom" with a toilet opening onto the deck. This can be made available at an additional cost by special arrangement with the host. Other things to note There are 2 kitchens. The "Cottage Kitchen" is fully equipped with small appliances and traditional cozy seating. The outdoor "Cookhouse" building has a full kitchen with larger appliances to make outdoor cooking easy and fun, just steps out of the living room door. It includes a deck to enjoy the beautiful view of the fields beyond. The patio connects guests for an easy flow between the dutch doors of both buildings and outdoor seating.
The "Froghouse" is out in the back field where you can avail of the exercise equipment or simply enjoy the serenity and unplug. There is a path that circles the entire property, connecting to patio's in the back field where outdoor yoga or bird watching is a favorite. There are wonderful examples of native Irish plantings and trees original to the 1903 cottage and lovingly cared for hedgerows full of blackberries in season.
Three exterior doors lets you enjoy your morning stroll without waking others and "Fairy Street" is ideal for brisk walking.
