RENT CHALET in MOLINES in QUEYRAS 6/8/10/12 pers

Large single storey chalet + 2 mezzanines. Warm and mountainous setting, alpine atmosphere, its volume and its structure as well as its fireplace will seduce you to spend winter and summer holidays in the High Mountains. All comfort, veranda + covered terrace. Both offer a view on the mountain. fitted kitchen, 2 master bedrooms and 2 mezzanines, 2 bathrooms, large whirlpool bath. 2 toilets, large living room overlooking the veranda facing south facing the mountain. the chalet has the advantage of being at the exit of our beautiful village of MOLINES while being 300m from the center (bakery, butcher, town hall, tourist office)

IMPORTANT:
Costs per pet 20 €

THE PRICES of MAY-JUNE-JULY- AUGUST are made for 6 people. Beyond that, it will cost € 100 per person.
Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.
The cleaning option is not compulsory as long as you are kind enough to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival. However, if you want the cleaning option, it will cost 80 €.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per day per ADULT (this tax is donated to the Town Hall of Molines).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Séjour d’une semaine en famille (12 personnes)

Beau logement dans un environnement calme. Localisation optimale pour découvrir les environs et pratiquer rando, vélo, via ferrata , rafting ( à 15 minutes en voiture ). Parking aisé dans la propriété . Garage à disposition pour entreposer les vélos. Seul bémol : il manque d’éclairage dans la salle à manger . A noter qu’une des mezzanines (3 couchages ) communique avec la pièce de vie. Les 5 autres couchages à l’ étage sont isolés par des portes coulissantes . Excellente communication avec la sympathique propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce très beau chalet !!! Marie Jo la propriétaire est une très belle personne... humaine, très à l´écoute des locataires. J´espère revivre des vacances comme celle-ci et surtout au même endroit. Allez-y vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour et surtout dans son très beau chalet ou l´on ne se sent pas du tout à l´étroit.

indigne d’une location saisonnière à fuire une partie de la famille à decider de partir plus tot

aucune insonorisation, une chambre inutilisable, cause fourmis, mouches et souris, salle de bains non fonctionelles Chaises dépareillées et instables, couverts indignes et vétustes, assiettes ébréchées, verres dépareillées . Vacances décevantes certains ont décidé d’écourter le séjour!!! Cette location ne devrait pas figurer sur un site comme Abritel.

La propriété est très bien située dans le beau village de Molines en Queyras. Elle est bien équipée. Elle a le charme d'une construction en bois très bien décorée dans l'esprit queyrasin. Bravo ! Petit bémol : le manque luminosité du salon/salle à manger.

La propriété est très bien située pour découvrir cette belle région encore authentique. L’accueil de la propriétaire est très convivial et sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse, appréciables pour une location. La maison est vaste et confortable mais nous n’etions que 4.
