This delightful 75² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and wooden style with big windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.
The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.
The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
The property also opens onto a lovely terrace with a barbecue and dining area, the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and share meals.
Upstairs, there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, TV, multiple storage spaces, and access to a lovely rooftop balcony. The second bedroom has two cosy single beds, a TV and an ample wardrobe.
NOTE: We offer the option of converting the two single beds into a double bed, adding the comfort of a mattress topper. To do so, please ask our team.

Located in the heart of Montijo, this area offers visitors a welcoming mix of local charm and easy access to the wider Lisbon region. Montijo is known for its riverside setting along the Tagus, where traditional Portuguese life blends with modern comforts. Travellers can enjoy authentic, fresh seafood eateries, cosy cafés perfect for a relaxed afternoon, and small shops that showcase regional products. Its calm atmosphere makes it an appealing choice for those looking to experience Portugal every day without the crowds of bigger cities.
Beyond its tranquil streets, Montijo is also a convenient base for exploring the greater Lisbon area. A short drive or ferry ride connects visitors to the capital, making day trips effortless while allowing them to return to a quieter retreat at the end of the day. The surrounding region is rich in natural beauty, from the Tagus estuary landscapes to nearby beaches and nature reserves, offering opportunities for birdwatching, walking, and cycling. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest bus stations at Avenida Barbosa Du Bocage (lines 4202, 4203, 4503, 4504) are just a 280-meter walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
