Bienvenido a Lexi's Beach Loft. El apartamento está justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa y cuenta con techos abovedados en la sala de estar, dos dormitorios principales con baño en suite y un altillo. Disfrute de la gran pantalla en el porche o vea el amanecer desde el área del desván. La playa en sí es un paseo rápido de 250 yardas. Lexi's Beach Loft se encuentra en la parte de New Smyrna Beach que no conduce. La unidad está ubicada en una comunidad galardonada con 3 piscinas, gimnasio, canchas de tenis, tejo, racquetball y senderos para caminar. We had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The screened in porch was awesome during the rain storms & a great place for morning coffee & lunch :) I would absolutely recommend this place to my family & friends.

Perfect for a relaxing family trip!!

Sea Woods is a great neighborhood, and this condo is perfectly placed: a short walk to the beach or three pools, a short drive into town! It has all the amenities we needed and we spent a week of relaxation and fun!

We had such a fun time in New Smyrna Beach and staying at this condo was perfect for us. All of the directives given were well established before we began our road trip & this made the check-in and directives easily accessed. The condo was inviting, clean, well supplied, and great location. The communications were prompt and we were very impressed with the location. Beach weekend

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with pools and just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping w close by. The owner responded to questions in minutes, which is a definite plus. Would absolutely stay again.

Better than expected

This place was fantastic! I don’t feel like the pictures do it justice. The condo was absolutely adorable and so was the community. Great amenities and super quiet/peaceful. We would 100% stay here again.

Jack and John have a cute get away. Very well appointed. Everything you could want including toys for hanging out at the beach. We appreciated the coffee, shampoo and even ear plugs! Easy access to groceries etc.

Why do we have to leave?!

We had a wonderful time at Lexi's Loft / Jack & John's place... owners were responsive, provided all the thoughtful basics - paper towels, extra soap/shampoo & toilet paper, etc. Even the beach gear was pristine! Note: we didn't have small kids, but if you do, the stairs to the loft are a bit hard to navigate / fence off. Great owners' manual / binder with info, and quiet, calm get-away. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic!

We have two younger children and this place was great! It had quick easy access to the beach and the ocean was even somewhat visible from the upstairs and could watch the sunrise a bit as well. The pictures do not do it justice for the size, very large. We are from Colorado and the unit had plenty of fans and a great working A/C- which we were thankful for :). We will visit again! highly recommend for a larger group or family. The master bed was extremely comfortable.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Plenty of provisions to get you started. Very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Host communicates quickly and honestly. Unit and walking paths are very quiet. Yes, the screened in deck is noisy because of car traffic, but that was no surprise and did not affect a good nights sleep. The property is close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves, and shops. We would stay here again.

Sea Woods in New Smyrna Beach

This is a well laid out condo, comfortable for the 3 adults in our party. The decor creates a warm and cozy space and the condo itself has good bones. It would benefit greatly from a good deep cleaning - the slip covers on the chair and sofa were grungy; the refrigerator shelves had food residue where the glass meets the white, side support brackets; shower and tub surrounds were black with mildew along grout and shower door tracks; the outside of the front door was dirty with fingerprints and black smudges so the first impression one gets before entering isn't the most inspiring. Keeping these areas better cleaned would enhance the loveliness of the space rather than detract from it. I think the owners care about their condo, and imagine it is hard to find time for more than cursory cleaning since it is so often booked, yet I encourage them to consider developing a plan to do more frequent deep cleanings. It would have been nice to have known before booking that the screened outdoor area fronted on a busy road. It was cold and rainy during out stay so we didn't use the porch area, and had we been able to I'm sure we would have acclimated to the traffic noise, yet it was a shock when we first arrived. We were also worried upon seeing the proximity of bedrooms to the road about the noise and getting a good sleep. The traffic abated about 10 pm and didn't pick up again until about 6:30am.. The owners provide ear plugs and white noise machines in bedrooms, yet we found them unnecessary, since we are late to bed and early risers. One thing we really enjoyed were the walking trails through out the Sea Woods neighborhood. This condo is fairly close to the beach, (although one has to cross a busy road to get there). Owners have provided lots of beach gear along with a cart for use in getting gear to the beach. The owners were responsive and very pleasant to interact with. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay.

This place was so well stocked, we didn't have to bring anything really. Coffee, spices everything. Laundry supplies. Only drawback was the stairs. Overall a great place to stay. Beach and shopping walking distance . Great ice cream shop by dollar general and C's waffles was a great breakfast spot.

New Smyrna Beach

Wonderful apartment within a fabulous community. Immaculately maintained, clean with modern appliances and furniture. All the extras from beach cart, chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, to hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster everything we wanted/needed for a beach getaway. With two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room. With so much to do in New Smyrna we are looking forward to a return trip.

Comfortable place to stay in NSB.

Jack’s place is like home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Will stay there again if we return to the area.

Beautiful property and wonderful location

This property was gorgeous! The unit was clean and well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and safe, well landscaped and great for walking. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely return!
