The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Lugano, a 20-minute walk from Lido di Lugano, Lugano’s ferry terminal and Parco San Michele. Guests can reach the centre of Lugano with its beautiful Piazza della Riforma, Parco Ciani and the luxury shopping street Via Nassa in just 25 minutes on foot/ 5-minute drive. Those after mountain adventures can head to the Funicolare Cassarate (a 20-minute walk) for Monte Brè.

For culture, visitors can head to MASI, the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions and (LAC) Lugano Arte e Cultura, a new centre dedicated to music, visual and performing arts (both a 9-minute drive).
