This floor also hosts 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a shower with WC, a separate WC, and a further bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. A private indoor pool is also located on the ground floor, adding an exceptional touch of luxury to the property. Direct access to the terrace is available from the living area.
