Host of this property cancelled our stay few days before our arrival, i didnt stay here at all, so i gave 1 star for his message to me so i could book another reservation.VRBO was excellent and refunded cost of this booking.

I try reaching out to host before i arrived to Barcelona, Spain from California, U.S with no reply back. Once i arrived to Barcelona the day of check in, he replies, “property is no longer available!” Luckily the Supervisor that assisted me was very helpful. But it was around a 2hour process that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I don't know where the mis-communication happened? Host claims he contacted VRBO about the cancelation. Problem here is i was in a country im not familiar with, with no where to stay. Im a very understanding individual but business needs to be conducted in more professional manner. Either way there was still more unexpected expenses that came from this sudden change than was not refunded because of this “mis-communication” between host & VRBO.

The property was not what it said. We booked for 5 people, and we were charged fo5 people. However the was a full size bed, a twin couch and a twin foldable bed. I was told that another bed would be brought in, but no one ever came. We had 3 bath towels, we wrre told someone would bring us more, but no one ever showed up. In the living room where the couch and twin bed were the outside light was big and bright as day. There was loud noises all night long, until about 5 in the morning. People talking loud right outside the main door. Drunks singing, street sweepers, and partying in the street. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Muy buenas como comentaste en la combersacion no se trajo la cama porque comentasteis que erais 3 para no pagar las tasas turisticas, como comentasteis que erais tres pues dajamos las camas que necesitas
